Great property and Eryka has it nicely stocked with toiletries, coffee, and beach towels - the little extras that made it feel so comfortable. Perfect location. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. It's close by the ocean, pier, stores, coffee, and restaurants! The house was cute and comfortable!

The home was great with comfy beds, sofa and chairs, large screen smart TV's, well equipped kitchen, and spacious dog friendly backyard area. No a/c but did not need as could open screened doors front and back, and windows for the lovely cool breezes. Home also had available fans if needed. Close to restaurants, market and multiple beach access points. Park right across the street. Eryka was very responsive and easy to work with. Great experience and property! Hope to be back again.

This property is literally steps to the beach and across the street from a nice park. The house is cute, comfy, and well-equipped for a 5-night stay. My pooch loved the fenced in yard. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable yellow home in Cayucos. The home is stocked with everything you need. With a beautiful view of the ocean. The bedrooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. The home is very well decorated. My dogs loved the back yard, as did I. The back yard is fully fenced. Across the street is a very nice grassy park for your dogs and children to play, and a great restaurant on the corner if you dont feel like cooking. If you do feel like cooking, a grocery store is also on the corner. Very handy. The beach is a short walk. This lovely home is in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and downtown Cayucos. Best of everything, highly recommend this adorable yellow home. Thank you Eryka for sharing this gem. She is a great host

We loved this little beach house. It was perfect. The photos are spot on. It was clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in walking distance to everything. We walked the beach every day and walked to the pier multiple times. Every thing felt close but far enough to be removed from any hustle and bustle. We especially loved the little park across the street. It was like it was a part of the property. We brought our dog who loved it. He preferred the green space to the back yard. He loved visiting with all the friendly dogs at the park. The house is stocked well. Lots of outlets for phone chargers, great beds, easy to use TVs and on-site laundry was so nice to have. We will definitely return Just arrived home and it’s 102 degrees. We wish we were back. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs , but this one had a great charm about it. I think the location really helped , but the well furnished home and the pleasant host and super easy check in process made it a great stay.

Amazing location!!!! You can here the waves crashing on the beach. Ocean view from the living room window. You can walk everywhere. Let's not forget Duckies Chowder House!! Delicious!!!

This was a wonderful place, even closer to the beach than we thought. We even saw whales! The decor was super cute and the whole place bright and airy. A very nice kitchen and backyard as well. We loved it.
