Great location. Larger living areas with beach front views. Older appliances and furniture in decent condition. Smaller hot water heater. Need to take quick showers. Overall I would stay again.

The home is in the perfect location! Great access to the beach. And what an incredible view! This is a cute vintage home. All appliances worked appropriately. However, we did experience some issues with some of the electrical outlets and light fixtures. None of which were a deal breaker.

You can’t beat the views and location. House needs a little updating but for the price and the location we definitely were not disappointed. Already booked our second trip!

Amazing Location!

This was one of the best homes we've ever rented in the Cayucos area. Super convenient being right on the ocean front property, amazing views and easy street parking. Already booked again for next year!

Perfect Ocean View

Perfect location with sweeping views of ocean and private stairs down to the beach. Great place to watch the surfers, too.

Beautiful location, very spacious

4th Annual Beach Babes Gathering

We love this one level home for our 65 plus Beach Babes gathering. This was our 4th year and really starting to feel like home. Spectacular views and great access to the beach.
