Our family enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the river was so relaxing. The location was ideal and allowed us to take short day trips to see more beautiful scenery and activities. We would highly recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved this property. It was beautiful. It was quiet. And it was one of the most peaceful properties I have ever been too. We will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at this home. The views of the river were beautiful, the outside was perfect, and the home was very comfortable. It was perfect for us!

The house was just beautiful and all that we needed for a perfect family Thanksgiving getaway. The river was so peaceful. Dana is an excellent host, great communication. We will absolutely book this home again.

Property is exactly as depicted and described! Beautiful, clean, well-equipped, secluded and serene! The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. We plan to visit here again soon!

Breathtaking views

We came to enjoy the fall colors and relax with friends. We we so impressed with the views and that it had so much to do there.

Great house, grest location

The outdoor fireplace and tv area on the screened-in porch is perfect. The firepit right by the river was an amazing setting. The house is well-stocked, spacious, private, and lives comfortably.

The house is in a great location and has a wonderful view of the river. We enjoyed fired by the river , kayaking and hiking.

What an amazing location! The river, the mountains, the privacy...this home has all of it. The enclosed porch with wood fireplace and tv were awesome (you could still hear the river even with the football game on!) We made s'mores at the river side firepit multiple times. Yum! The home's interior was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. We played pool downstairs every night. The drive to the house from the neighborhood entrance is tricky, but worth it every time! Thanks to Dana for being a great host!

Fabulous getaway on the river

This property was spectacular. Our family enjoyed the serene setting right along the river. Mornings on the porch listening to the water was amazing. There were kayaks and floats to enjoy time on the river! The house itself was clean and beautiful! My boys enjoyed the bunk beds and TV area downstairs. This was a much needed vacation!

Beautiful Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. Dana was very responsive and friendly. The views of the water are the best we have seen. There was everything we needed and more available which made it a great time (tubes, towels, sticks for marshmallows etc). Plenty of room for 7 of us to not feel crowded and have our own space. My favorite sitting area was the outside patio. We are already hoping to go back next year! Would definitely recommend.

Great location

Great location very close to grocery store and restaurants. The house and property were very nice and accommodating. Parking my large truck was a little challenging as you have to back down a steep hill if you want to be close to the entry. I got used to it after a few times. Really enjoyed the screened in patio and that’s where I spent most of my time there.

Spring Break!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Does show some wear and tear but the view is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need. The road driving up is steep so be prepared. There are some paved areas as well as gravel may not be for faint of heart. We would definitely rent from here again.

Always a pleasure

We have stayed at this property multiple times as well as others in Hayesville. This is by far and away our favorite. It is perfectly situated, we caught the biggest trout we’ve ever caught right in the backyard, and there is plenty of room for our 4 kids (7yrs-17yrs) to have their own space. Thanks, Dana!

Exceptional

The place was just amazing….inside out! The inside is immaculately clean, organize and accommodate both youngen and young at heart. We plan to see the foliage and this place does not disappoint us.We love it and we are planning to rent this place again this summer! The drive was just challenging at first but after several times of driving the steep road..,my husband felt he can conquer Carolina’s slopes!

New coffee pot, hand towels, sharp knives, toaster, can opener…restocked some firewood, (we do this 2-3x a year) we periodically replace things that can show wear and so glad you had a great experience!!
