We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The manager was extremely responsive, helpful, and made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The villa is in a nice, secluded spot with direct access to calm, shallow water that’s ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. We enjoyed jet skis, relaxing by the pool, and having a private chef during our stay. MJ, the house manager, was attentive and very responsive throughout. This was our third time staying here, and it was another great experience!

We just checked out a couple of hours ago and already are making plans to return. This house was perfect for our family. Our toddlers loved the shallow beach and the pool. We loved the views and most importantly, the host who was incredibly quick with responses for every question we had. We will be back!

The property has excellent views of the ocean. The water is clear, shallow and mostly calm. The villa is well stocked with all that you need in the kitchen. The property’s indoor and outdoor furniture is showing it’s wear but overall in good condition. The property manager, MJ, was excellent and quick to respond. Some of the disappointments were housekeeping did not provide hand soap and body wash as indicated on the listing and there is still active, loud outdoor construction going on in the property next door making the experience unenjoyable from 8am- 5 pm. We had a rental and we were able to visit nearby beaches (Grace bay and Sapodilla Bay) to avoid the construction.

Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing experience at the Sing a Song Villa! Adeline made our stay so enjoyable, helping coordinate jet skis, a chef, and activities and dinners out. This was our second time staying at the villa, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

The villa is amazing. It was perfect for our family. The view and water in this area can't be topped. We paddle boarded every day and enjoyed the ultimate relaxation.

The Ultimate Escape

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying at Sing a Song Villas. Check in was very smooth, the villa was clean and there were lots of things to do on the property. The weather was perfect, we were able to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards not to mention the beautiful waterfront view. It was a nice escape. I look forward to coming next year with our family.

Beautiful location

Wonderful view comfortable outside beds at beach and by the pool. Very nice beach with nice sand. Beach is a nice walking space. Paddle boards and kayaks are nice

Beautiful property with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay here with our teenage children over spring break. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, with gorgeous views from every room. We loved the location on a quiet beach away from the crowds, but a quick drive from restaurants and activities. We enjoyed making daily use of the paddleboards and kayaks and lounging in the comfortable beds by the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

I’ve stayed in ocean front villas in other countries but this one was the best because you can actually swim in the ocean at Sing a Song. We swam, paddle boarded and kayaked every day. The place was spotless, fully equipped the host was very responsive. Highly recommended staying here.

The villa is nested in a serene location with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The property is modern with a cozy ambiance. Expansive outdoor spaces, including private pool, garden, and the beach, made for unforgettable evenings. A haven for relaxation!

Loved our time

My family (2 small kids, wife, myself, nanny) loved our stay at your home. The view was breaktaking, house was very liverable, and the level of service was top notch. It's hard to beat this view!

Perfect location with awesome views! Not a bad thing to say about the entire stay.

House was perfect, beach was perfect, amenities were perfect. The only suggestion I have is the definitely rent a Jeep as it is “remote” but that’s one of the best features! The road to the house is a bit rough so a Jeep is a good idea. I will be coming back!

Thanks Bradley! Come back anytime. You were a great guest! Just to clarify for all our readers The main road is paved up to bristall Hill Rd. Bristoll hill is still not paved but will be in about 2-3 mths. Our house is the first one at top of the hill. You have to drive about 300 yards up and yes that entrance road is a little rough but not a very long one and again it is being paved very very soon 😊

2nd time renting here. Water for family(kids) is amazing, as it is very shallow for a coupleHundred yards. Everything you need in one place!

Absolutely Amazing!!

The pictures do not do it justice! The location is just beautiful! The house was perfect for us (family with 2 adult children). The views were incredible. Adeline was AMAZING! We will definitely be back.

Amazing!!

Sing a song villa is incredible!! From the views, to the privacy, to the fun activities you have access to. The host is very nice and gets back to you in a timely manner. We will be back!
