Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, over 2,200 sq ft new modern home with all the amenities to make your stay in Yellowstone country fantastic. Sleeps 4-8. Adjacent to community trail to 2 local parks, with an upstairs deck for great mountain views at sunset. Fireplace and big screen TV with cable in the living room; fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave; dining room; laundry room, with washer and dryer. Driveway (2), off street parking (2) and use of garage (1) if needed. Current City of Bozeman Business License, and approved Fire Dept & Health Dept inspections.

We stayed in this beautiful home for two and one half months and found it very clean and accessible to all the surrounding activities. The host was extremely helpful, kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood, quiet and easy access to all you could need

Would have stayed even longer but it is rented. Landlord was super responsive whenever we had a question!

A wonderful home in every way!

We chose this home to stay in for a week in October in Bozeman and couldn't have been more happy with our time there. The house is clean, spacious, and beautiful, located in a wonderful neighborhood with walking paths and a park nearby. The owner has thought of everything you need to be comfortable and was easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We all loved this property and hope to return to it again in the future.

Great Spot for 3-4 Adults in a nice quiet neighborhood

Property owner was very accommodating and the beds were really comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again.

Fly Fishing Trip

Modern well equipped and well maintained property in quiet neighborhood convenient to town. Owner was very responsive to questions. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Best rental we’ve ever had!

This property was great! It was by far the cleanest & most equipped rental we’ve stayed in. Andy was so responsive and helpful! Great location and the house is bigger and even nicer than it appears in pictures!:)

Great location

Very central location for our trip. House is very well stocked, the best I have ever seen. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue was the very warm comforter and flannel sheets in hot weather. Would suggest a lighter weight comforter for warm months. Otherwise it was perfect.

Would highly recommend this home to others!

Andy was a gracious and very responsive host. The home was even better than the photos could show. Location was great - very close to grocery and other stores. A park down the street would be great for families with small children. The home was very well stocked. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes over the years and this may be the best-stocked kitchen we have seen, We stayed in this home for 5 nights while in Bozeman for a family wedding and was the perfect choice for my elderly parents and us to return to for a quiet retreat from all the family activities. We would definitely stay here again and would highly encourage others to book their stay immediately. 🙂

Wow- what a great rental!

All the reviews are right. This house is awesome! Great neighborhood, big yard, all of the amenities you could ask for. The moment I wished I had something (ex a comfortable chair in the master to feed my baby), I’d turn around and it would be there. Andy has put a lot of thought and detail into this house to ensure the best stay possible for guests. And the cleanliness- I’m super picky here and this place was immaculate. Andy was helpful, and prompt to respond in our few communications. Highly recommend.

Excellent property, great location!

This house was perfect for our Bozeman stay. The location was great... close distance to walk to a park and right next to a great running trail. Super clean, comfortable beds, and perfect layout as we were traveling with our kids. Thanks so much! We will be back.

Escape to Big Sky

Andy’s home is beautiful, clean and full of all the amenities you need. The home sits in a safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable too. Andy was easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly and check in with us several times. Great place to stay!

Another great stay

This is our second visit and we cannot recommend highly enough. The house is super clean, cozy, well equipped and centrally located with the trail outside the back door. The owners are lovely and responsive. This is a great all around place.

Wonderful time in Bozeman

Great rental property. Very clean, kitchen well stocked with supplies and kitchen ware. Great location in quiet neighborhood close to park and trail system. Had a wonderful time in this home. Would rent here again.

Great well furnished home

Stayed for a few days in March. Great home and central location! Three spacious rooms with 4 queen/king beds. Garage space was super clean and well lit. Great for gearing up before a days adventure. Owner was super responsive via email.

Perfect Stay

This is a wonderfully clean and well equipped house in a central location in Bozeman. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved having trail access out the back door. The house had all of our favorite things - comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, garage for storage and a very responsive owner. Andy was always quick to answer questions and help with any needs. We hope to stay here again soon.
