This is a lovely condo close to everything. The beach is at your door step to enjoy or stop in at the pool for a dip. Great views of palm trees, sand and lots of water from the balcony or the Living Room. Free Wifi to keep you connected with the family. Easy access by stair or the elevator as this condo is conveniently located on the first floor. One flight of stairs above the ground. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, entertainment close by. One restaruant in right next door and others are in walking distance. Come and enjoy a restful week at the beach. You will enjoy! Master has a King bed and private Bath. Second bedroom has a Queen bedroom and hall Bath. There is a pull out sofa in the Living Room. Full sized washer and dryer. Well stocked Kitchen. Lots of parking.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The condo was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. The location was perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

Just what the doctor ordered

Loved the area !! Great beach access. Nice clean beaches. The condo had everything that we needed at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and stay again !!! Owner was SUPER nice !!!

Nice place and great location!

My family had a wonderful beach vacation here. The host was super nice and great communication. The condo is literally steps from the beach with great view! Restaurants and activities are super close as well. Definitely recommend!

Needed Rest

I would highly recommend this property. This was a girls trip of four and it fit exactly what we needed . Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway !

Summer Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful time at this location! Great spot and because it’s a smaller condo, it was less busy in front of the beach! Short distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. My kids loved the pool area! We will most definitely be back!

Priceless Views, great location

Great views, has all needed amenities to make small vacation home style. Nice pool area, secure locking doors/gates around pool & patio areas a plus.

Quick get away

This condo was amazing. It was comfortable clean and wonderful beds. The location couldn’t have been better. It is exactly as shown. We took our granddaughter for a quick vacation and had a blast. I highly recommend this condo. I will be back next year or sooner.

Great place / Great location

Property manager communicated with us throughout the process. He notified us once the unit was ready on check in day, as it was ready earlier than expected. Upon walking in, you could smell how clean it was! Great view from balcony. 1st floor unit was great, didn't have to mess with elevator unless we had heavy items. Definitely would stay here again!

FALL BREAK GULF SHORES 2023

Loved it!! I think the cleaning crew could do better. The bathroom vanity could use a good wipe down. A few other things could be cleaned better but that doesn’t change my mind about the place. We all loved it and enjoyed the trip.

Great Location!

This property is a little outdated, but you can't beat the location-literally steps to the sand! We felt comfortable and safe sending our teens back and forth between the condo and the beach. Cleanliness could be improved and a few more washcloths and towels would be helpful. All six of us had a great time and the entire process was simple and easy! Thanks!

Great place with minor issues

There was no air conditioning in the main bedroom. The satellite was on the blink for 3 days had to call someone in. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes. But we love Gulf Shores

Summer 2024

We had a very nice time. The condo was very convenient. It is very clean with up to date furnishings. There is NOT a weird smell anywhere, that’s huge for me!!!! Even though older the property is well maintained and I would stay here again because of that. I like the area better than orange beach. The neighborhood felt very safe and low key. Beach chair rental is very easy. We also bought other beach things at a near by dollar general. I would recommend leave for dinner early if you go late it may be a wait. It is located a short distance to the Hang Out. We enjoyed live music and the food at Flora Bama. There is a nice view from the balcony and if you don’t do stairs there is an elevator. The front door lock is tricky and the door to the laundry room annoying. The master bedroom does not get as cool as the rest of the condo unless you leave the door open and the fan on, it does cool and I was comfortable. There was also a box fan in the closet and that was a great perk. The condo is not crowded and parking is easy. This is so much better than a high rise and there is a family atmosphere. We didn’t use either, but there is a nice grill and a pool. It’s a good experience. There were a few laundry and dishwasher pods but you will need to bring extra if you stay over 3 nights, same w toilet paper and paper towels. The floor is tile and easy to sweep. The condo will accommodate up to 5 people, and was way bigger than the two of us needed. We would recommend,I hope this is helpful

The Kingsize bed and pillows were very hard and the bedding looked worn out. The bathrooms were tiny. My son would not sleep in the guest bedroom. He said it smelled mildewy.

Family Condo

This Condo is great for families, it's right on the beach and also has access to a pool. My kids had a great time swimming in both! This location is convenient enough you can walk to grab a bite to eat and shop.

Pictures are more than property.

Needed a real cleaning. Master bedroom ceiling fan was dangerous. Ceiling fan light globe was missing due to the fact the chain to operate the light was gone. So to operate the light I had to turn the light bulb in or out 🤷🏼 and the fan was noisy and sounded like it was going to come apart. The curtains at the balcony sliding doors are stained and moldy. The entrance from parking lot to unit was nasty. Stairway and balcony included.
