Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

For families with little tykes - we have a 'pack & play' fold-out crib and a high chair available for you UPON REQUEST.

This first floor condo is approximately 1,400 sq ft. with a private screened-in lanai. The condo is approximately a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and pool with free parking available just to the side of the building.

We have a key-less door entry system with a self-programming door code.
