Greet place that is close to Disney. We split our time between Disney and universal. It’s a little far for universal (30-60 minutes depending on traffic). The unit was in a great location walkable to the pool. We had a great time!

The location was awesome for visiting the Disney parks and the ESPN center. The unit was nice and big and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Very comfortable for family of 5. Utilized the pool daily, it was extremely hot when we were there. Would stay again. Only negative would be the lock box. Wish it was a keyless entry. It was a pain putting the key back in the box so anybody could use it.

2nd floor condo with elevator. Comfortable place. Could be cleaner. Minimal start up supplies provided. One hotel size shampoo & conditioner per bathroom, couple of rolls of TP, three dishwasher gel tabs, two I’ll of paper towel. Floating laminate flooring throughout with numerous pieces that have separated. Have to be careful not to stub toes. Nice pool area but the temperature of the pool is very warm, not refreshing. Overall, had a good stay but there is room for improvement in the cleaning area.

We are always improving our rental and as all vacation rentals are self-catering we do start all our guests with supplies for a few days, but we have many stores nearby for our guests to purchase all the personal essentials not included. Place is run down, there black mold in most rooms around windows, floorboards are broken and cause injury. Host is a con artist who tried to get me to cover the change of locks. Thankfully, Vrbo & Expedia have excellent customer service and covered the expense. Host does not care about the property, and leaves the management to others who have let the place run down. The bed is lumpy, the showers are held together with tape. However, Windsor hills more generally is fantastic, the pool is warm, the staff are great and location is fantastic.

This is a fabulous vacation rental! Everything was clean and in good working order. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Trash is picked up daily right at your front door. I highly recommend this host and property.

No coffee even though the description says differently. No soap, shampoo or enough toilet paper for 4ppl. Dog poop on exterior stairwell entire stay.

The location was good- right near the Walmart. But definitely could use some upgrades. Floors were uneven- covered by rugs. Bathrooms out of date. Would be nice to have a shelf in the bathtub for shampoos etc. Minimal items in kitchen- aka 1 paper towel- for a week. 3 dish tabs- for a week. And the laundry soap was not available for personal use. Also the key system could be upgraded so you don’t have to carry a key. A nice touch would be to offer a gift basket of goodies etc. for the guest. Blankets and pillows should be upgraded.

10/10 Everything is like the pictures. Clean, quiet and Comfortable. We went to the wrong unit when we first arrived (not following directions) Patti was extremely helpful and answered all our questions right away.My son used the gym every morning.My family really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay. The water at the pool is like bath water. Only complaint is floor is coming up in a few places and getting in at times can take long.

Good place to stay

Overall, a good place to stay, and apartments and apartments were as advertised. We enjoyed our stay there. Spacious rooms, and reasonably well maintained, exactly the way we expected.
