We have 3 other condo listings in this same resort - all 5-star, Premier Partner rentals (#321447, #807451, #807453) if you need date options.

Our goal is to provide you with a real "home away from home" while on your vacation. Forget the cramped quarters of an overpriced hotel room. Enjoy our spacious 1400 sq ft. condo, where the whole family can all be together, yet each family member can relax in their own space at the end of a long and tiring day at the parks. Clean, well-maintained, and decorated for a cozy feel, our pride of ownership can be seen as soon as you walk in the door!

Our condo is located in the beautiful and top-rated Windsor Palms Resort - a gated resort community. We have been owners in this resort since 2010 and find that it just gets better every year. You will find beautiful, lush landscaping, a huge clubhouse with movie theatre and games room, a sensational olympic-sized salt-water pool and hot tub, poolside Tiki bar with a hopping bartender, and tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. This is a quiet yet lively family-oriented resort where you and your family can feel safe and secure.

Our location just can't be beat with only a 10 minute drive to Disney Magic Kingdom and only minutes to shopping and every restaurant imaginable. Perfect family house perfect location

Absolutely Perfect Condo!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Condo was extremely clean and roomy. Perfect location and beds were super comfortable. Booking was seamless and host was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Great location for our Disney and Legoland trip!

Perfect condo for our family while visiting Orlando. We were a short drive to the Disney parks and not too far from Legoland. The pool was practically empty so our kids could enjoy it after a long day at the parks! The condo had all the essentials including a stroller for our four year old to use at Disney. They even had toys and towels for the pool. Would definitely stay her again. Clean and safe location!

Home away from Home

Property was perfectly located to fulfill our vacation list. We attended a wedding over the weekend in Orlando and visited Epcot for the wine and food festival at Disney. We would love to return for a stay sometime in the future.

Great house!

We picked this house because it was close to the disneyworld parks and we loved it! The house was clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed for our stay! The pool and hot tub were within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there too!

Super Stay

Our host was fantastic and the property was also fantastic. Loved the resort and the condo. Everything in the condo was just as the pictures showed. We will be returning soon!!

Very Nice Stay

The condo was just as advertised. It was decorated nicely, clean and quiet. There was a wide variety of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. We had a very nice stay and would come back again in the future.

Perfect location

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. It was the perfect location for the Disney parks, shopping, Gatorland, or just lounging around at the resort. The condo was a great size. Two bedrooms were at one end and the other King bedroom was separated by the living room and kitchen. We will be staying here again in the spring and we can't wait!

Perfect Stay

We have stayed at Windsor Palms many times, and this unit is one of the best we have seen. As a matter of fact, this was a perfect stay... from the decor to the cleanliness to the quiet neighborhood to the communication with the owner. Everything was perfect. Amazing property

First of all the communication with management/owner was great! The apartment inside makes you feel like a house. It was spotless and comfortable. The community is gated, close to a lot of restaurants, Walmart, Publix, and makes you feel safe. Totally recommended!

Relaxing

This was a beautiful and safe location close to restaurants and stores. The ground level was perfect as my mother had a knee replacement this summer plus walking out the screened in porch to the clubhouse was a wonderful perk!! The pool is amazing and the clubhouse amenities are outstanding. The condo was the perfect setup for us and so very comfortable and accommodating. We were a short drive from Disney & Universal and an even closer drive to our favorite restaurants. Thanks for the perfect stay!

Okay but would not choose again

Property was ok but not detailed clean. The shower curtains were so nasty that we had to go buy one at Walmart to be able to stomach taking a shower. When we first arrived the musty smell in the condo was really bad. Mold issuesTheSeems to have some mold issues

This place was convenient to the pool, Walmart, Interstate. Make sure if you are getting an Instacart delivery you specify more in your notes to make sure they come to Kissimmee and not Davenport. I enjoyed my stay. This is good if you want two king beds and a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I appreciate the convenience of everything. I also love the security of having a guard at front of neighborhood.

Perfect place for Disney

This property is great if you are going to Disney. It is close to Disney and a easy drive. There is alot of space and very clean property inside and out. There were plenty of activities within the property and all were within walking distance. The only thing I would recommend is you want to make sure you grab all things you will need from grocery store. Walmart is less than 5 miles away which was helpful and their was a small shop at the property. We would stay again!

Very Satisfied Traveler

This was our second stay at this property over a five week period. It was like coming home to something inviting and relaxing following a week out of the property for other travel reasons.. As like the first time, we were not surprised to discover everything was exactly as it was the first time. We would, without question, highly recommend this property to anyone interested and we would again stay at this location in the future if our travels take us to this area and the unit was available. Anna is very deserving of the designation Super Host.

Winter Enjoyed The Warm Way

This was a wonderful property. We stayed for two weeks, left for a week and could not wait to return and enjoy the property again for another two weeks. Anna, the hostess, has indeed earned the rightful title as a super host. She replied to our every question and request promptly and could not have made us feel more welcome at her unit. The resort itself is meticulously managed, safe and offer amenities that guests need; making the entire stay so enjoyable. We have stayed at many properties over the years and this location ranks at the top of our list of return properties we would, in a heartbeat, revisit again in the future. Thank you Anna for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and so quiet we could have been alone. There were supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels), and little things like salt & pepper and sugar. Doesn’t sound like much but it really helped. We were very close to Disney World where we were heading. Like I said, perfect!! The owner, Anna, responded quickly to my request to rent and was very thorough with directions on how to check in etc. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo.

Amazing Property

We booked this stay with the idea in mind that we would be 4 adults and one child. But plans changed and only ended up being 2 adults and 1 child. The house is huge, very spacious. If you’re looking for a great place to relax after a busy day at the Disney parks this is the place for you. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Anna was nice enough to allow us an early check in of 12 noon, but we ended up being stock in some heavy traffic. The overall property was great. Heated salt water pool, hot tub and to top it off a little arcade area. If you are looking for 1. Fantastic hosts and 2. A great spacious place to stay, this is the booking for you! We would book again and again!!

Nice Place, Not Overly Well Kept, Safe, Self Sufficient

Great location and gated so felt safe. 10 min to Disney. Surfaces inside were very clean, but there was mold on the windows outside, debris and cigarettr butts on patio, and bugs on the LR window. The shower curtain in the second bath fell and was near impossible to get back up. Mattresses in twin room were cheap and uncomfortable and covered with a waterproof cover, which is good, but we have some at home that dont crinkle every time you move. Definately self sufficiant, read: not very well stocked. Cheap TP. Guess we are just not used to staying in these kind of places. Not bad though, just know what you are getting! Thank you for the stay.

Our 1st floor condo is super roomy at 1400 square feet and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and we provide the towels and the bed linens. There is free wifi and local and long distance calls to US or Canada. Our condo is in the beautifully landscaped resort of Windsor Palms, a closed gated community that is considered one of the safest in the area for vacationing families.
