Incredible Vacation Home Near Village with POOL
Large open concept kitchen, dining & living room. Highest quality construction with beautiful rooms and art work. 4 BR, 4 1/2 Bath, all spectacular. Each BR has own private Bathroom. Huge, peaceful screened back porch leading to pool. Large 4K TV over fireplace. Walking distance to Pier/Village. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Property designed exclusively for the vacation renter. Includes plenty of parking, pool and located in well established, quiet neighborhood.
Upstairs includes it's own common seating area with coffee station. You will not find another comparable property in this location! Note we especially enjoy our guests and strive to make their stay as memorable as possible. Because we are in a nice, well-established neighborhood, we ask for guests to respect our neighbors and our Noise Level Policy.
We want guests to relax and fully enjoy our property but keep in mind we have neighbors who live permanently next door. This is our second home and we expect all guests to take care of the property as if it were their own home. We also have a brief phone conversation with each new guest before officially accepting a booking request. We also only accept Saturday - Saturday rentals in the Summer months.

He offices in Gainesville, Ga. and covers a territory of Gainesville, Athens and Madison market northeast of Atlanta. Alan enjoys scouring sales and flea markets looking for exceptional "deals" and spending as much time as possible in the Golden Isles on the coast of Georgia!"

Property newly constructed with the vacationer's perspective in mind. Unbelievable quality construction, furniture, artwork and features. Property is designed for larger families and groups which require more privacy. Each bedroom has it's own private bath room and the common areas are very spacious and comfortable. Another benefit of the property is the abundance of parking available on site.
