Everything about this apartment was FANTASTIC! The location, the size of the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen…all was very clean and updated. We had a lovely time in Roma, and when we come back, we would be happy to stay here again. We always found a perfect place close by for dinner, drinks, and our favorite, gelato. There is a park nearby (near the Supreme Court) where we loved to sit in the evenings with our gelato. The Roman people are so friendly and we enjoyed some conversations while at this park. Again, we highly recommend this apartment.

Clean and host very responsive. Too much hassle reporting to landlord scout guests and when they would be staying and leaving.

This place was awesome. Restaurants in the neighborhood (generally English friendly); a block from a main bus stop by the Supreme Court of Italy building; a grocery store around the corner; walkable to Vatican, Trevi; subway up the street that gets you to the main Rome terminal or Colosseum. Great apartment, well furnished, great shower, great AC; great host allowed us to drop the bags a few hours early. My caution for Rome: make sure you buy the right bus/subway ticket. I recommend the Roma48 or 72 depending on stay length. You can buy it from the machines at the station. If you don’t have the right ticket or it scanned properly, 50 fine, and just like my visit 28 years ago, they had people checking! And the host made our reservations for pickup and drop off to FCO and the transport was fantastic and professional!

Perfect Location

The location was fantastic, able to walk to all the sights. Owner was very responsive, really one of the best VRBO Owners we have encountered. The apartment is spacious, ultra clean and made for a very comfortable stay.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Our family of four had an amazing stay in Rome. The apartment was clean, had great air conditioning and the elevator made the trip to the fifth floor easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and a beautiful apartment with everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Rome. My “heads up” to other travelers is that the lead in and check in process with the company that manages this property were almost comically ridiculous in the length and number of texts, often in capital letters. The app needed to get into the apartment was not working and the contact person just kept repeating, “It’s easy! Follow the directions! It’s easy!” The contact with these people should not discourage you from this apartment but just be prepared to be unnecessarily hassled with it as they dramatically overcomplicate it. Once we got in though, the stay was flawless in the apartment.

Positive experience in Rome

Beautiful and charming flat with good location to all the sites in Rome. Elevator was a plus and management very responsive when needed. Would stay again!

Super location

Very quiet neighborhood but easy walk to restaurants and the Vatican, We were hardly in the apartment but the beds were very comfortable and our stay was most enjoyable.

Rome, Aug 2025

We a fantastic stay in Rome. The Penthouse apartment was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro and 3mins to bus stop. The apartment was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, clean and well stocked. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was very prompt. Highly recommend this rental.
