Great location,helpful hosts.

We had a comfortable stay in this excellent location with great bars and restaurants nearby and also in easy distance to the centre. Hosts gave lots of recommendations and quickly responded to our calls.

Great location great host

The apartment is in the heart of Bologna just steps from great restaurants and shopping. The host Andrea is great as well. Highly recommended.

The place met our needs and loved the little court yard outside the place. However, there was a little issue with sewage smell in the bathroom. Other than that we had a great stay.

A charming place

My daughter and I started at Andrea’s place for almost a week. Andrea was helpful , the area is lively, the apartment is quiet, the neighborhood restaurants are good and Bologna is a wonderful city.

Wonderful, attentive host and overall great stay!

Andrea and Simone were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially during the check-in process, which was smooth and welcoming thanks to their clear communication and attention to detail. They went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for local spots to visit, eat, and explore, which really enhanced our experience. Very attentive and gracious hosts—we felt well taken care of from start to finish! There was even a whole drawer of toiletries in case you forget anything!

A day in Bologna

We had a wonderful time in Bologna. The apartment was small and quaint, perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard drinking a glass of wine in the evening. Andrea was phenomenal in all the help he gave us and answering questions and making suggestions! We highly recommend this site for your time in Bologna! Ciao!

Perfect location and apartment

From the moment I saw Andreas big smile I felt welcomed. He took me up to the apartment and showed me everything I needed. Gave me excellent recommendations and very helpful tips. The location is perfect. Everything I wanted to see was within a half hour walk. There is a very vibrant night life close by. It was by far the quietest place I stayed. No noise from the street through the night. I would absolutely stay here again.

my grown up daughter an me loved it there

The place ist very nice and very clean. We needed just a few minutes by taxis from the maintrainstation to the appartment. The beds ar very comfy and good smelling! We really slept well there. Also the kitchen was clean and you have everything you need there for cooking. Showercabine ist a little small, but okay to handle. Our Host Andrea was very nice, we were in good contact through whatsApp, he was very fast with writing back, if we had a question and was also very patient, as our train had a delay. Your really make a good choice, if you rent this place!

Una semana comoda y relajada

El apartamento muy bien situado, limpio y con las comodidades necesarias. A destacar el trato fabuloso de Andrea la propietaria. **Por poner una pega, la ducha se debería revisar intentar poner un teleducha para mayor comodidad.

Great location, so close to loads of restaurants and cafes, but far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. The host is fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is small, but perfectly laid out. There is no sitting room as such, but the kitchen has a table and chairs. There is also an outdoor sitting area in a courtyard just outside the apartment. Overall, this was a great visit.

Syper appartement, bien situé au calme mais proche de l'activité comme les restauants et bars sympas et un supermarché à 300m. Merci Andrea un mec super cool qui saura vous conseiller. Ciao :-)

A snug and welcoming stay in Bologna

This small central apartment was very warm and welcoming, well located for tourist sites and just steps away from a whole street full of friendly restaurants and bars, but the standout feature was the very helpful and friendly hosts Andrea and Simone. Thank you both for all your help!!

Luogo magico

La casa è situata in posizione strategica per visitare la città e pur essendo centrale è molto silenziosa, con un grazioso spazio esterno condivisibile con gli altri inquilini del piano. Molto luminosa e calda, è l'ideale per soggiornare anche in inverno a Bologna. Andrea è un ospite squisito, molto disponibile e conosce bene le esigenze del viaggiatore. Da tornarci assolutamente. Perfect location and wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our short stay in Bologna. Simone met us at 1:00am due to a delayed flight and Andrea helped us get a taxi when we checked out. Cute little apartment right in the middle of all the action. Excellent location!

Great location! Great hosts! Great food!!!

The Property owner was amazing from the tome we booked our stay. She helped us to navigate from the train, gave us tips on costs, places to go/see and her property manager Simone was amazing when we arrived. If not rented before you arrive they will support an early check in which is a gift! The apartment has an amazing shared courtyard which was a treat. Reality is you are out and about most of the day so the apartment had all we need and then some! Got amazing recommendation for dinner Trattoria Dame(lierLly around the corner but get a reservation just in case). The Ice cream cheese was unreal! The owner made sure we had all we needed and all the tips to maximize our time in Bologna. Their kitchen wall of guests signatures says it all- you should stay here! Reasonable price for great amenities and location and Bologna is worth the stop to see , experience and EAT here!!!

Très bien reçues, facilement accessible, bus à proximité, dans quartier très sympa, de même que l'immeuble, au calme sauf 1 soir fête chez voisins , autres voisins immédiats très serviables pour ouvrir une bouteille ou une boîte de conserve avec le sourire .

Un petit appartement très calme proche du Centre-Ville, idéal pour un court séjour

Un accueil très sympathique de la part d'Andrea le propriétaire, le centre-ville de Bologne est à 10 minutes à pied sous les arcades. L'appartement est lumineux et moderne. Très bien pour deux personnes, la mezzanine pour une 3e personne est vraiment un appoint (encaissée au dessus de l'entrée et très chaude l'été). Attention n'oubliez pas de payer le parking dans la rue adjacente si vous êtes en voiture (la rue est interdite à la circulation), un retard de plus d'une heure nous a coûté 57€ !

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum.

Genau die richtige Wohnung für Bologna-Liebhaber: Zentral gelegen, hell und sauber. Nicht allzu groß, dafür aber liebevoll und stilsicher ausgestattet. Andrea und Simone sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich wirklich um alles kümmern. Kleines Manko: Die Nachbarn sind stets hörbar. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohropax im Gepäck haben.
