Our spacious five-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite, as well as a family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower room with WC, and an additional guest cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin off the main lounge.

Fully air-conditioned throughout, the villa is ideally located in a peaceful setting just a five-minute walk from the vibrant centre of Hisarönü, allowing you to enjoy both tranquillity and easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops.

The large sun terrace offers beautiful views across the surrounding pine forest, while the secure lawned garden provides a safe space for children to play. Wrought iron gates at the top of the terrace steps can be securely closed, giving parents added peace of mind.

Inside, the villa is bright, spacious, and airy, with an elegant marble staircase creating a striking focal point. The recently refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays as comfortable as possible. For your entertainment, there is a TV and DVD player.

A standout feature is the large covered outdoor area, complete with a full-size table tennis table, providing hours of fun for both adults and children. The thoughtful layout of the villa also makes it ideal for two families holidaying together, offering generous living space along with separate bathrooms and shower facilities to ensure comfort and privacy for everyone.

Our 3rd time in this villa and it wont be our last, it is like a home from home, all the little touches like pool towels being provided, kitchen stocked with everything you need, duvets and top sheets provided in the bedrooms all make a big difference to the comfort of your stay. our family of 8 enjoy it every time, Perfect location and the host is always on hand if needed, Always spotlessly clean inside and out.. 5 star villa in the centre of town, just perfect. Thank you.

Fantastic villa in a really convenient spot — close to loads of shops and restaurants, with Ölüdeniz beach just a short drive or taxi away (and it’s stunning). The villa itself was clean, spacious, and had a lovely pool plus a table tennis table that got a lot of use! Il Ponte was our favourite restaurant nearby, well worth a visit. The jeep safari is an absolute steal and made for such a fun day out. The rock tombs, Greek ghost village and cable cars are also fun activities. There are loads of nearby shops selling clothes / bags / shoes and my only regret is that I didn’t have more room to take stuff back in my suitcase We did have a WiFi outage for the whole trip (a wider issue affecting at least one other nearby villa) and one power cut lasting a whole day affecting the whole area, but the hosts were brilliant throughout — really communicative and reimbursed us for the extra mobile data we had to use. It genuinely didn’t spoil our stay at all. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great base to explore the area.

Just Perfect

This Villa is like a home from home, plenty of essential Kitchen items provided, lovely amount of seating both inside and out, very clean, beach/sunbed towels provided good bedding, pool and gardens well maintained and in the centre of Hisronou near all amenities. Second time in this Villa will return again, its the little touches we found made the biggest impact and we had an amazing stay all 8 of us. Communication with host was outstanding.

Absolutely fantastic. Going back with more of the family in 2 weeks time. Communication was the best I have ever received, Villa was beautiful and all the necessaries equipped for. It seemed like it was only a couple of years old as everything was impeccable. Never experienced such a well equipped place, it was like home from home and how I used to leave my villa when renting it out.I would echo all the positives from other reviewers but did not experience any of the negatives mentioned. The pool guy and gardener even came back to do stuff after we had gone out.Anyone considering the Brooklands area will find this is one of the best located villas. It is a 5 minute walk to the strip maximum. Most of the other villas in the area are twice that distance and noticably accross uneven ground uphill and downhill.Congratulations to the Dempster family for such a gem in the ideal location

Fantastic villa

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days at this amazing villa. It’s perfect for a chilled holiday in the sun, close to all amenities. The villa is clean, well maintained and with all home comforts. The owner has not left anything out, even towels for the pool are provided. Dawn was in constant contact and always available for help. The villa is a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops you could need. The local supermarket will deliver all your groceries to the door, ilkays restaurant is a must it doesn’t look much but don’t be deceived the food and service is impeccable. I hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you for a well needed break

Wonderful villa in a quiet, peaceful location next to the forest. Excellent communication with the host and any issues dealt with promptly. Everything you need is included for a relaxing holiday. One improvement I would suggest is that the location of the villa isn't immediately obvious, even our driver, arranged via the host, didn't know the exact location of the villa. So, maybe a sign pointing to it would help. (It's Brooklands Villa 1A). Other than that, perfect.

The house is fabulous, it’s very clean and spacious. We had a brilliant stay with my mother, brother, husband and 6 month baby, it was perfect for all of us. There was more room for another 5 of us as we didn’t use all of the rooms. It’s in an excellent location from all amenities - shops, restaurants, nightlife etc. There is plenty of room, you’re spoilt for choice with bathrooms to use. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of plug adapters, towels and parasols. The table tennis was a great addition for family fun. The pool is perfect with a shallow and deep end, as are the surrounding gardens which are very well maintained. The house and garden/pool area are private, you just share an entrance with the next door neighbour so would only see them when entering and exiting if they’re in their outdoor/pool area. Dawn was very prompt at responding and was very kind to offer us a later check out. We loved it so much I’m looking at staying again! Thank you so much

Honestly nothing but positive feedback here. The villa was beautiful. Everything we imagine and hoped for. Beautiful inside and out. The pool was brilliant. The table tennis was great. It was clean, spacious, just beautiful. The location was perfect too (mind the hill though that’s a slog! But great to balance out the naughty food and drink we had 😉). A 5 min walk to everything you could possibly need. No faults at all!! Cannot wait to return to this Villa! Missing it already x

Our holiday

After being Covid denied for the 2 years previously, we as a 3 generation family (6 Adults) we're happy to get to our favourite place in Turkey at last. We gambled slightly on our very early booking but the weather was very kind to us. We understood that as 1st visitors of the year it took a while to iron out the wrinkles within the Villa (hot water failure, the odd power cut), but the crew doing the fixing of these issues was quick to respond and very helpful... We loved the outside space and I got to teach my boys table tennis which was great fun. We have stayed in this immediate area a few times before so we knew our way round and as always the locals were very good and very friendly... Overall we enjoyed the experience very much and we did not let the few problems get to us.. Rob Howard & Family....

Beautiful large clean villa .a lovely pool and spacious outdoor seating area . Could not ask for a better location . 2 minute walk into a lovely town , with lots of shops / bars and restaurants, . Would highly recommended booking .

Well what can I say. We arrived at Dalaman airport and our transfer arranged by Dawn was waiting for us. He was most helpful and stopped to buy us a bottle of water each which was a nice touch. Shortly after arriving a guy arrived with details of area and helped us set up wifi which you top up asda at the back of the shop.He also gave us a number to top up water dispenser but we got to know Ali at the first local shop as you walk to the bars/restaurants and he sorted this for us. The villa itself is spotless, its like going from home to home. There is everything you need and more . I loved it that there were loads of hangers too. And towels, bathroom towels and pool towels so no need to bring them. We used the outdoor bbq which is great. The outdoor space is amazing and we enjoyed many a night playing cards around the table or a family table tennis tournament !! This was a god send having a teenage son and daughter. Seriously this villa was everything we could have wanted. We loved relaxing in the day around the pool . Its lovely and quiet. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the lounge has a tv and many dvds . There are also some games to play too. The location for us was perfect too . Quiet where the the villa was but a five minute stroll and you are in the hub of Hisaronu, which has many great restaurants and bars. We also found a great private boat trip in Fethiye which we left details of in the villa. The pool and gardens are maintained daily and really are beautiful. This villa perfect and we will definitely be returning.

Great Villa in Ideal Location

We travelled with friends in early May.The Villa was exactly as advertised and ideally located in a quiet area only a few minutes walk from the town and short bus rides from beach. The weather was really warm for early season and we especially enjoyed meals,drinks and relaxing on the shaded patio/verandah. The villa was fully equipped for up to eight,large fridge,cooker etc and the local supermarkets provided a good range of food and drinks. We would recommend this villa for families and groups of friends though the steps and approach would be difficult for people with mobility problems.

An Amazing Holiday in Hisaronu!!!

We arrived at Brooklands Villa in Hisaronu and instantly fell in love with the Villa and the surrounding areas. The views of the mountains seen from the Villa and around the town are spectacular. The Villa itself was ideal for our large family of 8; there was plenty of space inside and out. Local Restaurants were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed many lovely meals as well as doing our own BBQ at the Villa one night. We all enjoyed a little pampering treat in Bootys on the highstreet during our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure during their stay. The villa was just as described on the Owners Direct website and when we arrived there was a little book with some useful information regarding the surrounding area which we found very useful during our stay. We would love to stay here again and will certainly recommend to other friends and family.

I am married with three grown up children, two daughters and a son. I live in Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire. I have spent most of my working life as a school teacher, although I now spend rather more time looking after our property interests.
I first visited Turkey in 2010 and was amazed at the sheer beauty of the scenery and the warmth and friendliness of the people. I first visited Hisaronu in April 2012 with my husband and we liked the area so much, that we decided to buy a villa there. We were fortunate that one came up in a lovely location close to the town centre. So it all happened pretty fast, and we like to think that this is the beginning of our story in Turkey.

We decided to buy this villa in Hisaronu mainly because of its ideal location, being on the edge of a quiet pine forest, but also within close proximity of the town centre of Hisaronu. It has therefore, the best of both worlds.

Hisaronu is a busy small town where you can browse around the shops, visit a cafe for an incredibly cheap breakfast, or dress up in the evening and eat at one of the fantastic restaurants,with good service, and still inexpensive prices.There is a budget for everyone.

There is also an area which livens up late at night for the young people.(or the young at heart!)

So there really is lots for everyone.

Travel in the other direction for around 20 minutes and you'll arrive in the vibrant harbour town of Fethiye, where you can browse the famous weekly market, stroll along the marina, enjoy waterfront restaurants, or explore the many shops and cafés.
