THE MOUNTAINS ARE CALLING! Amazing all season, 80 mile views (4700 ft) from the great room windows and expanded deck never get old! Exceptional, level entry, 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa provides a wonderful and relaxing retreat setting for winter snow, cool summers, and fall colors. Town of Beech Mountain is highest elevation of any incorporated town in the Eastern US. Beech Mountain Club golf course views and 1/2mile (3 minutes) to Ski Beech Mountain Resort. Large great room with gas fire place, fully equipped and updated kitchen, /internet/WiFi, wall mounted flat screen TVs, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, Sleeps 6 with king and queen tempurpedic mattresses downstairs and king upstairs. Downstairs guest bedroom includes private sink/vanity. Easy access to Ski Beech Mountain includes skiing, snowboarding, tube run, and ski village because we are located past the Beech Mountain Road entrance to the parking lot so you won't be caught in the traffic up and down the mountain. Beech Mountain ski lift to 5506 sky bar and downhill mountain biking trails in summer. Access to Beech Mountain Club available with transfer of sports membership includes heated pool, dining, tennis, golf, pickleball, and more. Hiking, fishing, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Seven Devils Zip Line, and Blue Ridge Parkway are within short drives. Small dogs considered for pet fee in summer/fall (please provide pet details with rental request). Dogs not allowed during winter ski season. Deer and wildlife galore.

As advertised, the view was spectacular. However, the villa property was under construction which created not only a tremendous amount of noise thus canceling our expectations of a peaceful, relaxing visit but made access in and out of the unit very difficult. Although dated, the unit was very clean and well stocked; but, it is not senior friendly.

As I explained to you by email the contractor working on infrastructure repairs at Northridge Villas advised at the time of your booking and up to your arrival assured me the repairs would be complete and not impact your stay which as you have said was not the case. We are very sorry your stay was impacted. We have offered and continue to offer a refund for your stay as a result of this negative experience.

The accommodation was clean cozy and well stocked with necessities the view was stunning and everything was just nice.I would recommend this place to anyone if they looking for a nice comfortable place to stay and enjoy some wonderful overlook of the beautiful mountains.

We loved everything about this property. The view was spectacular! The home is warm and inviting. Lovely gas fireplace. There was a stunning buck and doe that greeted us every morning. The location is perfect. Great restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! We enjoyed the amazing mountain view every morning and at sunset from the back deck. The condo was so cozy and comfortable for our long weekend. Lots of room to spread out with the upstairs loft. Hope to be back soon!

Convenient to the ski slopes, beautiful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped cabin! It boasts a beautiful view over the valley. We were able to cook our meals there and really feel like home.

Chadi: Thank you for taking the time to review and rate our property. While we certainly respect your opinion we are surprised regarding your comment on painting since our entire unit with the exception of doors was painted in 2023 and are not aware of any peeling paint. While we have never had a complaint about any “smells” in our Villa we always have our cleaning crew monitor things such as that and refresh our Villa prior to guest arrival.

Tom and Karen Bonfield live in Sunset Beach, NC and fell in love with the North Carolina mountains shortly after moving to North Carolina in 2008 from Florida. After spending time throughout the North Carolina mountains we decided Beech Mountain was the best place for a vacation home.

NRV 17 sits at approximately 4700 elevation and summer days rarely exceed 75 degrees. We love the 80 mile, panoramic year round views and convenient access to everything the northwest North Carolina Mountain area has to offer. While we do not ski we love to be so accessible to the Ski Beech Mountain resort for our three children, spouses and grandchildren to enjoy.
