When you first walk into Seaglass, you will be overwhelmed by the unobstructed view of the ocean. Being on the 2nd floor, there is nothing between you, the beach and the glistening water. Seaglass is a spacious condo with plenty of room for the entire family! Enjoy watching your flat screen tv in the living room, or just relaxing on the lanai with it's own dining table and comfortable furnishings. The sound of the waves will put you to sleep!

The dining room will seat 6 and there is a charming breakfast bar that seats 3 in the kitchen. All with updated appliances and fully stocked!

The master bedroom also faces the lanai and it's spectacular views. Enjoy your en suite bath and shower with double vanities! The king size bed is perfect for sleeping and watching any late night movies on the new television.

The second bedroom also has a king with en-suite bath. The third bedroom has 2 queens also with a television!

Spacious condo

Birthday stay

Overall rating very good but AC did not work as well in back bedrooms so was hot back there and the outside porch area could use a redo—furniture not comfortable at all and old.

So much more room than we have been use to in Hilton Head. We loved the view, the fact that the beach is sooooo close. Having 4 adults and two 15 year old girls it is wonderful to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kendra is a great hostess. The condo is great and we are already wanting to come back next year.

Lovely comdo

The condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s fully equipped in the kitchen and has plenty of linens and towels. Kendra was very sweet and attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent there again. We had a fantastic time’

Perfect location

I absolutely fell in love with this area. It is convenient to restaurants and stores and it’s right on the beach. We loved sitting on the porch with the doors open listening to the ocean waves. Just perfect! The inside is somewhat dated and could use a little upgrading, but it was clean and everything worked. Loved being able to plug our phone into the speaker and play music. We are already talking about coming back!

Wonderful and Recharged

The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. The furnishings had a great beachy vibe - all and all a truly wonderful place to vacation! Our property manager was excellent - answered all our questions immediately and felt like she was looking after us. Thanks for the fabulous vacation!

Fantastic trip!

We had an amazing time. The condo is wonderful and the location could not be any better, being right on the beautiful Ponte Vedra beach. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen that is well-equipped and my favorite part is the large porch looking out on the ocean. This was our second time in this specific condo and hope to go there again! The property manager, Kendra is also wonderful to work with and very responsive.

10th visit with Kendra excellent

We've been going to PVB 2 or 3 times a year for many years and always stay in one of Kendra's properties on the beach. They are always spotless and Kendra thinks of everything. This visit was no exception. She even left fresh flowers in our condo this time! You can't beat the location and Kendra is very helpful and responsive. We'll be back again in a few months.

Love Breakers at PVB

Great condo on beach, very easy check in, property manager Kendra very responsive and helpful. Our family has vacationed at Ponte Vedra Beach for over 50 years and it is still our favorite. Great time to go middle of May. Amazing job by the county rebuilding the beach, a colossal undertaking done beautifully well. There are very few places you can go and stay right on the beach, unobstructed views, hear the waves, watch the osprey, duck because it feels like the pelicans might fly in the window, eat outside on the porch or inside. The Breakers have held up well over time. We’ll be back.

Wonderful view 2/5 days

This property is amazing for a relaxing stay near the beach! It is clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view. My husband, myself, and our three teenagers stayed 5 nights at this property, and on our very first morning, we saw dolphins. We enjoyed waking up and eating bfast, lunch, and dinner on the lanai the first 2 days but were disappointed to see a ladder and workers outside on the third day while we were making lunch and relaxing inside for the afternoon. The workers were on the ladders for several hours and we felt uncomfortable being watched. On the morning of the 4th day, the outside of the lanai porch was covered in opaque plastic and remained covered until our departure on the 5th day. Apparently, the outside of the condo was being painted. We were highly disappointed that our view of the ocean was obstructed 3/5 days since our booking of the condo was solely selected for the proximity of the ocean and its view.

Great Property

Had a family wedding at the Lodge, which is within easy walking distance. Very spacious & comfortable condo in a great area. Had everything we needed and great beach access from the balcony. Highly recommend!
