Read all the details of the property before booking!! They only have double beds and each room has an individual window air conditioner. They were not very clean and in one of the rooms it kept popping the breaker. The pictures look nice but it feels more like a strange cabin than a nice place because of the concrete walls, open ceiling and slight musty smell. The only saving grace is the ocean but do yourself a favor and choose a different place.

The location is next to none! Absolutely breathtaking and serene!!!! Everything is as described. Biggest (and only real) drawback is the AC systems. While we can appreciate the effort of providing air conditioning (stand alone units in each bedroom plus central air were all set on the lowest temp settings) the temperature inside never reached below 76*:-( condensation running down the walls … perhaps some screens in the windows would allow for some air flow. Over all, the location is what really makes it:-)

The location is great. The beach is just steps away and very private. However this trip the maintenance seems to have been lacking somewhat. The ceiling fan in the hottest bedroom didn't work. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work, several bulbs in lamps were out and in the kitchen nest to the mech. room and the laundry room had a raw sewage smell. The outside shower had several privacy panels that were out making it unusable.

Girls trip perfection

The property is perfectly located for a girl's trip of going out for excellent meals and hanging out at the beach all day. We were a group of 4 and had the best time!

The house is hot, smells very old, needs lots of tlc. Outdoor shower is broken, yard unusable, ac in the “master” won’t stay on because it trips the power strip it’s plugged into, the list goes on and on. The real positive is proximity to the beach, which is why we’re there, but clearly they are riding on that fact and have no interest in making this house actually nice. The only other plus was the carport. You will see ants and roaches, it’s a ground level beach house, so that’s expected to some degree, and the house has potential. Hopefully they will make some much needed updates.

Beach was nice, house was clean. Small AC units in bedrooms could be a little loud when they turned on and began to blow the air. The bathrooms could use hand soap in them. Also, beach towels and beach chairs would be nice to have at the house so you don’t have to go buy some or bring on the plane. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the beach and easy access to the beach.

Clean, comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses, good working bathrooms, and extra AC units to stay cool.Then there was the Atlantic ocean for your back yard, Amazing!We had a great stay.

The beach house was great. We would definitely stay again if we come back. The only complaint was that the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, but the view each morning on the beach made up for that. When we had concerns the company was very receptive and quick to help out and had maintenance come out on the Sunday to fix a door handle that would not lock. (Sadly the filtered water did not work at all and we had to purchase bottled.)

Cozy Home in the perfect spot

Cozy home on a great part of the beach. Lots of sea life,shells and shore. Not hardley a soul in sight. We enjoyed ourselves fishing and hunting sharks teeth. The home is cozy and quaint. We didn't stay inside much.

Quick Getaway

Not the best looking house from the outside, however the inside was very charming. The kitchen was nice and functional. Very nice paver patio and very easy and quick access to the beach. The beach was beautiful with almost no one to be seen except us. My only complaint would be that there isn't a queen size bed. It was in the description that they were Double beds so that is on me. Overall it was a fantastic stay and a great property.

Perfect location

Lacked a few personal amenities that other rentals have. Only one complaint, the back porch was filthy. Needs to be included in cleaning fee.

Probably one of the worst vacations I’ve had didn’t even stay the whole week because we were fed up with the amount of bugs. They were in beds and roaches that my five-year-old son was stomping throughout the house, not to mention that the house has no insulation and when I called about the house being 85 in the living room 90 in one room they sent a tech out just to tell me that the AC was fine that there was no insulation in the house not to mention that one of the beds kept falling through the frame due to the bed slabs not being the right size causing my father to have back pains the two that was in the hot room left due to it being to hot to sleepIn all a horrible experience would not recommend anybody do not waste your time or money none of these problems were solved when called just told they would look into it just absolutely disappointing experience

The place was perfect except that the third bedroom's AC was not working. That room stayed over 90 degrees the full trip, so we were not able to use it. I would check if that AC is fixed before booking again. Other than that, perfect location, and loved the outdoor shower!

Steps from the beach

Perfect location.Zero amenities so take everything except sheets and towelsAC didn't work properly but weather was moderate so it was ok.Ceiling fan in master did not work, battery probably.Could not figure out the one in the living room

Loved this little house

This house was perfect for our girlfriends getaway. The location is the best feature. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The couches weren’t the most comfortable but we weren’t really there to stay on the couch. They served their purpose. The island in the kitchen only had 2 stools and one of them was wobbly. But we just sat around the coffee table to eat together. Overall this place was exactly what we needed! Thank you

4th of July Getaway

We stayed here over the 4th holiday and enjoyed our stay. House was just as shown in the pictures and we enjoyed the beach each day. We were surprised as it was a very quiet location even for the 4th Holiday, the only people around us were the other residences of the houses nearby. Some of the other negative comments/post about cleanliness and lack of electrical outlets we did not seem to have any issues with for our group of 5. The only negative we had has more to do with Florida and an older house (with limited insulation) is that the AC did have troubles keeping up during the mid day sun, it was not unbearable but did get warmer. When the sun lower in the mornings or in the evenings the AC could freeze you out. Using the ceiling fans helped but they could use a little work as they wobbled if you turned them up. We would stay here again. The wife and I are discussing our next trip here.

Great location but some property issues

House is at a great location and the screened back porch was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and sharing meals. Screens could use repair or replacement to keep bugs out. One of the twin beds is unusable because the slats do not hold any weight. The dishwasher trips and doesn't finish running sometimes. The kitchen isn't well-stocked with basics like utensils. With some repairs and maintenance, this would be a perfect place.

Great location but neglected home

The location and being on the beach was the best thing about this home. The house itself needs a lot of tlc. The AC did not work during the day probably due to poor insulation. There were 6 roaches we killed during our stay, 2 of which were there the first night we got there. The kitchen sink doesn't drain properly due to a bad garbage disposal. Many of the exterior doors do not open and close easily. The yard was unkempt and had many ant beds. The only thing this place has going for it is its proximity to the ocean
