Perfect house for our vacation

Perfect property in a great location. The owners are great and we will be renting again on our next trip. The house is in a great location with just a short drive to downtown. It is in a quite neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake from the screen porch. You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a quite, comfortable place to spend your vacation in Deland!

Nice Location

The house exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, my girlfriend’s son enjoyed fishing in the lake. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Quiet in the evening. To me a 10 out of 10 to stay.

Great House

Fantastic home, well maintained and kept. Decor is wonderful, a multitude of games to keep the family engaged and having fun- more games than you can play. Foosball the best. Very comfy and quiet house and neighborhood. You can tell the Owners enjoy owning the property, . Would highly recommend.

Peaceful

Cara, we enjoyed the comfort and peaceful surroundings of your charming cottage. This property is clean, bright, peaceful and the beds are comfortable. The minute you walk in you feel at home. The screened porch is very relaxing to view the lake and enjoy the wildlife (ducks, herons). The landscaping adds a beautiful tropical appeal. Don’t pass up the opportunity to enjoy this home and visit the surrounding area. Lee & Patricia

Photos don’t do it justice! Beautiful home and property!

The owners need to update the photos posted because this home is beautiful and the property is beautiful as well! Loved having coffee on the enclosed back porch looking at Lake Molly every morning so much so that I came home and scheduled someone to build me a porch like theirs! Also, and this is always what deserves 5 stars, is the beds!!! They are so comfy and pillows were not too soft and not too hard they were perfect! The town of DeLand is great too! Their downtown area is really great to walk around in! I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

Fantastic

The home was perfect. With the weather being in the 70's, low 80's having the option to sit out back in the screened in porch, or on the dock above the pond was nice. I really could live there year round. I have zero complaints, and communication with the owners was spot on. Being on a dead end street, it was quiet as can be, yet everything you could need ( Publix, Walmart, restaurants etc,) are all less than 3 miles away. If you rent this house, trust me, you wont be disappointed!

TRUE DESCRIPTION!

The "Lakehouse" was awesome! Everything is as shown in the pictures - beautiful and comfortable furnishings and decorations, ample towels and linens provided, new appliances, jon boat and paddle boat, and a view of the lake that was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch, fishing from the dock, and watching the lake birds and geckos! The home is away from the hustle and bustle, but close to Daytona and New Smyrna Beach. Cara was so friendly and responded to our questions quickly. We were so lucky to meet her - she is great! Thank you so much - we had a wonderful and relaxing time!

Great home base for time in DeLand

The house was cute and charming. The owners thought of everything! We were so comfortable and enjoyed the screened porch very much. We hope to be back next summer!

Amazing!

Rented this location for my mom’s birthday weekend, and she absolutely loved it! Even though they decided to leave early due to the storm, Cara was incredible during the whole process. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Molly Lake Bungalow

The house is decorated beautifully. Landscaping is lovely. Lanai is a great place to relax without bugs. The bungalow is better than advertised. I would recommend it to anyone. There are lots of local activities in Deland. I enjoyed my stay.

Another great stay!

We were so happy to be able to rent again! This is a lovely home with a serene view from the wonderful screened porch. I had coffee out there every morning and enjoyed watching the various birds and the lake. We also ate dinner on the porch, and enjoyed relaxing in the evenings on the comfortable couch, and then in bed. Cara and Bill are great hosts, and everything we needed was there. Still didn't get to enjoy the boat or kayaks, but there's always next time!

Perfect Lake Bungalow

We loved staying at this house on Lake Molly. We found this house to be very relaxing, and enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was! There was plenty of room to spread out.

Awesome place to stay.

My 11yr old son and I stayed here while visiting disney and the area beaches. Could not have chosen a better place! It is immaculately clean. Very relaxing location by the lake with it's own dock. Alot of things you might need are already at the house. Example, I brought 2 lawn chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, and a lifejacket halfway across the country. No need, all that stuff was already there. We loved it there and had a great time. But the kayaks and the john boat were the icing on the cake. My son had more fun out on lake molly than doing the things I already had planned. Even ran down the boats battery on the other side of the lake and had to row back. That was an adventure :) Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Birthday Road Trip

Took my son on a road trip from Texas to Florida for his birthday and stayed at this property. Loved it!!! Looks just like the pictures. The view of the lake was beautiful. Great location. Communication with owners was excellent. They even had a birthday cake for my son, which he and I really appreciated!!!! Overall wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Fantastic location and peaceful setting

We were overwhelmed with this home with its cleanliness and peaceful setting on a small lake. It is off the beaten path and yet close to everything you need in Deland, Florida. The owner was delightful to get to know and helpful with all details during our stay.

From Holly to Lake Molly

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place this is it. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch, fishing off the dock even saw a few skydivers. There is even a sauna we didn’t try but looked very inviting. It is close enough to anything you could need and about 45 minutes from the ocean. Cara was very responsive to anything we needed. Definitely would stay again.

Peaceful in DeLand

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Cara was very kind and attentive. She was easy to contact and was responsive. The property is so peaceful. The view of Lake Molly is wonderful! We had plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of games for the kids. They especially loved the foosball table. Grocery store and Walmart are close for what you need. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Cara!
