We were in town for a few days for a wedding & this was the perfect space for us. Had everything we needed. It’s only a few minutes from downtown & only 30 minutes from Daytona beach, which made it a super easy day trip. It was also stocked with all the amenities one could need & then some!

Staying at Vanessa's place was incredibly convenient and she made every step easy. The space was spotlessly clean and welcoming, and there was even a basket of toiletries in case a guest forgets something! There were so many lovely touches, including snacks and treats. Thank you for making your home a true getaway.

Vanessa is excellent at communicating and very accommodating. The space was very clean and cozy, and had everything I needed (plus more) for a comfortable stay. This was so much better than a hotel room!

Perfect stay

Vanessa provided the perfect stay in Deland for us. The property was pristinely clean, very comfortable and perfectly located for our “baseball game” Stetson visit. Loved the extra snacks, local gift and thoughtfulness.

Everything was so perfect. The Instruction for the Check-in was easy and on point. The Bed was extreme comfortable and everything was clean and cozy.We used the Apartment during the Daytona 500 Weekend and it was the best decision we could made. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful & comfortable! Vanessa is a great host and quick to respond. The special touches and snacks were so thoughtful! We definitely would recommend especially if you have a child at Stetson!

Spotless room and Vanessa thought of all the details and had a special welcome. Very thoughtful. Good communicator. Comfy There is no place to hang clothes but here is a dresser. Location perfect to Stetson. I’ve already booked my visit for the fall.
