Stylish modern house, beautifully equipped and toasty warm

This is our holiday home by the sea that we love within easy reach of the village and beach. It's a hassle free house that works brilliantly for one or two families for a long weekend or more. It's great for kids and dogs due to the gated car park and the sunny aspect south facing garden. There are sea views from first and second floors and a mountain/lake view from the garden.

Even on those odd damp days it's super warm due to under floor heating and is brilliantly equipped with everything you might need for a stress free break. This house is stylish and contemporary with one main living area on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors.

Central heating, underfloor heating and free WiFi. Clean and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, gas hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. Dining table seats 8. Downstairs loo. First floor: one room with bunk beds, one double with king-sized bed and one twin plus family bathroom. Second floor: master bedroom with ensuite and small toddler bed in room off main bedroom. All linen provided including towels.

Enclosed, sunny, private south facing garden to rear with table, chairs and Weber BBQ. Parking for 2 cars.
