Glad you were able to enjoy your time together. The pool is shared by 6 Sandstep units-signs show encourage being aware of sharing the pool. Sorry if you were inconvenienced.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the unit itself to be nice, though we’re sorry the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few of the points mentioned. Bed making is an optional service that guests can add to their reservation, and this service was not selected for your stay. Our standard linen service provides clean sheets and pillowcases sealed and placed on the beds for guests to make upon arrival. The pool is managed and opened/closed by the HOA, rather than by our rental team. It is also a community pool shared by guests and residents of the other buildings within the Sandstep community, so we unfortunately cannot control who uses the pool or the activity level there. Regarding the outdoor shower, we were not contacted during your stay about the low water pressure or clogged showerhead. We always encourage guests to let us know when something isn't working properly so our maintenance team has the opportunity to inspect and address it while they are still in the home. We appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing the items mentioned with our team to ensure the home is being properly maintained and presented for future guests.
