We understand that it is an inconvenience to stop by and obtain your parking passes and wristbands, but the Shorewood complex doesn't allow for guest pick up at their gate. We're sorry to hear your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the bunk room, the charge was not for simply moving the furniture. Unfortunately, the bed frames were damaged and had to be repaired and secured before the next guests arrived. We also appreciate you bringing the other maintenance concerns to our attention. We wish we had known about the ice maker, curtain rods, cable service, and other issues during your stay, as none of these were reported to us at the time. Our maintenance team takes pride in responding quickly, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address these items so you could fully enjoy your vacation.
