CLEANING PROTOCOL: We’re as concerned as you are about keeping our space clean. We follow all cleaning protocols by cleaning and removing germs, dirt from surfaces and sanitizing to reduce all numbers of bacteria. We use cleaners approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher. We sanitize all surfaces down to the doorknob. We clean room by room , every sheets, blankets, pillows, etc, all washed and disinfected in high heat settings.

Tucked Away is a 4 Bedroom Cozy Vacation Home in an amenity filled gated community. Great getaway house for all seasons & occasions. 90 minutes from Manhattan. 20 minutes away from Mount Airy Casino and 5 Miles from Camelback and Shawnee Ski Resorts in Winter Big Bolder, Jack Frost, & The Crossings Outlets; a huge strip mall with over 100 stores. The house is located within easy driving distance of the Delaware River (Delaware Water Gap). Other activities nearby include Hiking, Biking, Horseback riding, Tennis, Golf, Bushkill Falls, Flea markets, Lakes, and Pools.
Relaxing romantic/cozy getaway in the Poconos with secluded backyard views directly into a small lake/pond with fire pit.
PLease note: We are located down to a pond/small lake and there are 20-25 steps down to the house. This property is not suitable for elderly or people with disability.

* Features 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Living/Family room equipped with a variety of board games. Basement room equipped with pool table, foosball and dart games. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all other appliances for your needs. Hard wood floors throughout the downstairs and carpet upstairs.


Accommodations:
4 bedrooms, 2 bath (Sleeps up to 7 adults) Any guest after 7 guests will be charge $50 a per night. Everyone has to register at the front gate.

-Room 1 Waterfront – First floor: Queen bed, TV, closet, fan, nightstands, dresser and bathroom
-Room 2 Waterfront – Second Floor: full bed, closet, fan, nightstand, dresser
-Room 3- Second Floor: full bed, closet, , fan and a portable air conditioner.
-Room 4- Second Floor: 2 twin bunk beds Maximum Weight: 150 Lbs per bed. fan
-Air conditioner in the ( loft area only) fans in every bedroom.
-Dining room with 6 chairs. We have extra chairs in basement.
-Living room on first floor with sofa, fire place, flat screen TV, Netflix, Free Wi-Fi and lots of DVD to watch!
-Medium deck space in the back of the house with BBQ and medium enclosed outside porch on the side of the house by the dining area.

SNOW DAY: If it snows on the day of departure, guests must dig themselves out of the driveway. Shovel is on the deck. Owners are not on premises.

PLEASE NOTE: there are about 23 steps down to the front door, could be to much for older couples or small children or someone with disabilities. No wheelchair assess.

Parking:
-4 cars will be allowed to park in the driveway. Only 4 cars will be given access into the gated community and there is no outside parking. There is no street parking in the community. Any car left outside of the driveway the community police will issue tickets and you will be held responsible.

ABSOLUTELY NO SPEEDING: or you will be responsible for tickets issue to the property for you and your guests. So please make sure all guests know the rules of the community. Please follow all the rules in the community.

Violations: !!!!!!!To ensure a safe and positive experience please follow all the rules in the Community. Any speeding, damages or violations YOU will be held responsible for yourself and your guests. Pay attention to the speed limit inside the community or you will get ticketed by the patrol. !!! Again: We are not responsible for any tickets, violation or damages that you or your guests commit.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-A car is recommended if you want to see all the local attractions the Pocono Mountains has to offer!

- A small start-up set of garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap will be provided but are not replenished.

-The lake/pond behind our Cabin (Deep in some areas) It can be accessed through our backyard. Great for swimming or Kayaking in hot summer days. The lake is murky and muddy when walking into the lake but great for swimming once you get in it [BRING YOUR WATER SHOES AND FLOATIES] . Not recommended for small children. There’s another sand lake not far from our Cabin. Great for kids with playground, BBQ grills, etc.

-This Cabin is NOT accessible for people with disability

-The cabin only has one air conditioner in the loft area (fan in every room)

-Absolutely no smoking inside the house-please be considerate while smoking outdoors and properly dispose of any cigarette butts. no drugs, no fireworks, no underage alcohol.

-We do not provide firewood for the fireplace

-No graduations or prom groups. 24+ to rent no exceptions

-Please keep in mind that this is our Cabin in a residential community. Neighbors live and work here. Please keep noise levels down during your stay.

-No pets allowed ( please ask about our policy on pets)

-Respect the privacy of others
