Pristine Lakefront Lake Ontario cottage just minutes from the world famous Salmon River. Perched on top of a 10ft lakefront/breakwall, this 4bdrm, 1 1/2 bath on beautiful Ramona Beach offers vacationers and fisherman a front row view to Lake Ontario. Spacious lawns offer space for lawn games and recreation equipment parking (boats, trailers, RV's of any size). The cottage is a few miles from the NYS boat launch and other boat launch options. Dining table will seat up to 8 people. Large front and back patios provide space to relax, swim, and BBQ. Efficient gas fireplace provides indoor heat for cooler summer and fall nights. All modern appliances, cable TV, linens, towels, washer/dryer allow renters a unique turnkey experience. 2 bedrooms with full beds, 1 bdrm with single bed, 1 bdrm w/ bunk bed. Plenty of lawn/patio furniture for lounging and entertaining friends. Surrounding area boasts plentiful lake/river fishing, golf, mini golf, and go carts. Nearby Pulaski, Oswego and Sackets Harbor provide restaurants, shopping opportunities, and battlefield history. Wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers will enjoy the numerous locations dedicated for spectating. Salmon River Falls is a great tourist destination for outdoor lovers! The Salmon River offers some of the best fly fishing in the United States.

Beautiful lakefront property

Property was as advertised in listing. Beautiful location right on Lake Ontario with a nice patio and great views from the dining room. Property was a bit dated, but served our needs well for a fishing trip for 4 guys. Great communications with the owner.

Relaxing

We live in about 90 minutes away, but found we needed to relax. We are always on the go or doing things around house and property. We needed this to not do anything. We had some rain days and the clear days we drove around. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so

Fishing friends trip

Property was perfect for us. Not too far from the areas we fish. 4 bedrooms 1 & a1|2 bath which was exactly what we were looking for. To top it off the view of the lake is amazing. Thanks to Matt for allowing us to stay.

Lakefront House

Old fashioned but quaint 4 bedroom house on Lake Ontario. Had all the necessary equipment and supplies for our stay but needed some tender loving care. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. We enjoyed our stay and found the location great for sunsets and star gazing. The water access was not great for swimming with children but we had relatives nearby with better access.

Sooo relaxing

I’ve been 6 times. Every time is so relaxing and stress free. Before retiring I had a high stress job. This was the best place to come to. I left feeling reenergized. I’m a person who is alway on the go except when I’m here. I sit and do nothing. And I love it. Definitely recommend Thanks so much Matt for your hospitality over the years. We will be back again next year for a longer time

Great Lake front location

Has a very homey feeling to it, with everything you could possibly need. Matt is a super host that will answer any questions you may have.

Property ID : 821667 = SHOCK , that I won't soon forget .

Only in short, because it would take me a very long time to write this very unpleasant experience in its entirety. I rented the house Sept. 03 -Sept.10.1022 . Our journey from New Jersey took 5.5 hour. When the evening came , we stayed in the SHOCK , what we actually rented for a lot of money . Old, musty, smelly shed. We were hungry on the way, so we ate dinner outside, because the smell in the house was unbearable. We contacted the owner, that me and my husband will be sleeping in our car, we are leaving in the morning and we want to return our money . He called us the next day around lunchtime, that he would only refund not the full price , but only half price . That a big stench and a huge smell in the very old house , is not a reason to return the full price of money . Still on the way home and also at home, we contacted VRBO about our very, very unpleasant experience with the owner and his house. We will see, what attitude the VRBO takes to our problem. I will not hesitate for a second, if I need to contact a lawyer, to help us. Finally a big warning, who doesn't want to spend a few days, or a week like us in old, musty and smelly house, don't make the same mistake, as me and my husband.

Summer 2022

Had a great time! Location is wonderful. The dishwasher didn’t work. A handyman did come and look at it and said it needed to be replaced The biggest concern was the lighting by the back door. There wasn’t any. The handyman did fix some of the back yard lighting but wasn’t able to get lighting to the back door. Cabin was fully stocked with dishes, towels and water toys. We enjoyed our stay 😃 .

Perfect Get Away

We rented and stayed here for an extended weekend. Family joined us from KY. The views were fantastic. Went swimming in the lake. Enjoyed fire's at night.

Cottage

Cottage was clean and well kept. Being on the lake was a first time and all that stayed enjoyed sitting by the lake. I turned the hot water off in the half bath as the hot side of the faucet leaked, cold side was good. Overall a very nice stay

House on Lake Ontario

The house is a rustic cabin-house on Lake Ontario. The description is accurate and the house has a rustic comfortable charm. It is not a slick new modern design but it's very comfortable, everything worked well and has a great lake front location. It was easy to spend time there and I would stay there again.

We stayed here for our Mother’s 70th Birthday party - down the road. Everything we needed was there! Just pull into driveway - relax and enjoy! Sleeps 7 people very comfortably. Lovely hearing the waves! Clean and cozy! ThAnk you!!

Fishing trip vacation

The cabin had everything you needed from spices, cleaning products, towels, hair dryer, etc. I was a bit disappointed that the attraction brochures were very outdated. Great place to stay. It rained hard the one day and the roof leaked and we emailed the owner and got no response.

Quiet time away

Our adult family, my husband and I, our two sons in their 20’s, and their aunt we hoping for a tranquil reset vacation, and that’s exactly what we got! There is not a lot to do in Pulaski, which was perfect, we read, kayaked, swam, fished and ate! Awesome stay! Thank you!!😃
