Charming, beloved house sleeps 8, with huge deck over pond & close to the ocean

Come stay in our refurbished four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, house on a quiet, beautiful private way in Marblehead, MA. You can sip cocktails on the deck overlooking the pond as the sun sets while your children feed the ducks and play with the turtles, frogs and fish of the pond.

You can stroll to the private rocky beach a short five minute walk away or drive 5 minutes to the sandy town beach where you can enjoy chowder and a lobster while your children build sandcastles or play on the playground equipment.

In addition to all Marblehead has to offer, we are minutes from downtown Salem, the "Witch City", home of the renowned Peabody Essex museum, and site of month-long celebrations in October leading up to Halloween.

Marblehead is a short 40 minute drive to Boston where you can stroll Newbury St., visit Faneuil Hall, or visit Fenway Park.

Our stay here was amazing! The house was cozy and fit us all comfortably. We loved the patio and pond and just overall felt very at home there. The best part though is the host. Henry was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We were all so appreciative of his kindness!

The house was fantastic and is in a very beautiful neighborhood!It had the perfect amount of space for my group and we all loved the view of the pond in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here if you get a chance!

Everything was super easy and convenient, the house was able to accommodate all of our needs for the trip, and we had plenty of space to stay for our group. Highly recommend this spot!

Your home is lovely and we felt so comfortable as a family. It certainly added to the frame of mind which was celebration. The problem for the weekend was the weather. We were not able to enjoy the patio in the surroundings of the home due to the inclement weather, which it truly was thank you again for giving us an extra night day due to one of the grandmother’s sickness. It was truly appreciated. we will be back.

Henry’s home was lovely! We explored Salem during the day but the house was an amazing retreat after a day of walking. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. It was perfect in every way!

Adorable home in a quiet neighborhood! Deck overlooks a pond with ducks and there’s a rocky beach about a 5 minutes’ walk away. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Plus, the host was very prompt with replies and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great spot!

We had a great time spending the 4th of July weekend with friends and family. The large porch made a great gathering spot. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were worried about not having ac but with the windows open, a nice ocean breeze and the provided fans we were fine.

Super! Good to see guests doing fine without ac (air conditioning). If you are a person who *needs* air conditioning, best to look elsewhere. However, most folks (like these) do fine using fans, etc., should there be a heat wave.

We stayed 2 weeks before Halloween and it was excellent !. The house was so clean !!! It rained the first two days we were there but it just made Salem a little spooky. We had time to go to the beach. Tide Pools, sea glass, heart rocks and shells made our day and we even found a Fort . The pond was so great watching the ducks. Had no problems while we were there and would book again.
