Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.
The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

We had a wonderful stay at this San Clemente cottage! The host Jen was delightful and so welcoming. She helped make our vacation even better because of her hospitality and responsiveness- we really felt at home during our visit!The location made both getting down to the beach and in to town easy. We could walk to both. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect place to get away for a few days and relax. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Jen our host was awesome, gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat and made sure our stay we had everything we needed to have a chill long weekend!

We had a fabulous stay at Jean’s beach cottage! The cottage was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Jean was an amazing host. We really enjoyed getting to know her.The location was perfect for us - just a few blocks from the beach, yet with easy access to I-5 for trips north. Our family really appreciated the included beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. We highly recommend staying at Jean’s place!

We loved our trip!!! Comfortable, great walkability, enjoyed the front patio every morning for coffee and lunches:) owner was on location and very pleasant! Made us feel welcome! And of course Sanclemente is an amazing town and being able to walk to the pier or to downtown was so fun!!!!

The location of this property is great! We didn’t need to move our car once we got there. Easy walkability to all the restaurants downtown and to the beach. Super clean and as advertised. Would definitely come back!!

Came for a family wedding and this piece of paradise was the perfect place to relax in between events. Location was excellent, cozy setting and very clean.

Loved this beach cottage, perfect location on/off freeway and Walking distance to ocean, pier, downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, furniture. Good size closets with hangers and dressers to unpack suitcase. We loved the outdoor patio with patio table for 6-8ppl, great place to enjoy coffee and board games with family, rental has board games to use. Has beach towels, chairs and boogie boards to enjoy at the beach. Great experience.

Everything was perfect for our stay. We’ve stayed plenty of times in San Clemente and this was our favorite rental. The location is awesome, easy to walk to the beach or to Del Mar. The like new beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great to have and made our beach days even better.Jen was very helpful upon checking in. We would definitely rent here again next time! Thank You!

We loved our visit - lovely comfortable home, spacious, delightful decor, comfortable bed, easy parking and great location to beach and restaurants. Jennifer was friendly and available for our questions. We felt fortunate that we found such a lovely home for our 6 day stay in San Clemente.

My husband and I both grew up in Southern California swimming and body surfing at various beaches. Some fond memories are of the times when, as a child, my family camped at San Clemente.

Several years ago my daughter, Jennifer, relocated to San Clemente and I became reacquainted with this charming and quaint town. The property also has a studio apartment in which Jennifer lives and is as helpful as you want her to be during your stay.
San Clemente is in the perfect spot to explore the beach towns of Orange County as well as San Diego. A few possibilities are:
DANA POINT HARBOR
Visit the Ocean Institute (marine exhibits, tall ship The Spirit of Dana Point) or get up close and personal with dolphins with Captain Dave. SANTA CATALINA ISLAND by ferry makes for a unique summer's day trip. Check for times and dates for all of these.
LEGO LAND in Carlsbad
Fun for the younger ones.
OCEANSIDE HARBOR
A real fishing harbor. Nice stop for a quick meal of fresh-off-the-boat Fish & Chips.
SAN DIEGO
Sea World, Balboa Park with Zoo and Old Globe Theater, Historic Old Town, USS Midway Museum are just a few worthwhile stops.
