Clearly used over a period of time. But needs a refresh. Comfort is compromised with linen, bed and lounge having been well used. It is quiet, rather cramped with surplus tables and shelves. Fairly convenient to north wales

Hell of a job to find where to turn off a busy, narrow road. Needs a bigger sign if that's possible.Didn't see or hear from the host who lives next door. A "hello, everything ok?" would have been nice.Great views, relaxing stay!

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped little place, excellent location and nice views from the small balcony, kitchen was larger than we were expecting and had everything needed to cook and prepare meals. A big plus for us was the TV was set up for satellite reception which gave a choice of many channels. We never met or saw the hosts during our stay which was not a problem for us at all as we were given clear directions to find the accommodation and how to gain entry. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly, very good value for money.

Excellent stay in a cosy location

We really enjoyed our visit and loved the little cosy lodge. It was well equiped and was perfect for our short stay. We had great communication with the owners and would definitely go again.

Location was brilliant and the views stunning.I'm afraid there were a few things we were unhappy about.The shower hose was split near the head but still usable. The bed was very uncomfortable and pillow and mattress protector stained. An odd sock left in a corner and very dusty with cobwebs by the small bedside table. It just felt a little unloved

Lovely place

Lovely property in a lovely area - small but with all you need for one or two guests. Gorgeous view as shown on website, gardens to match - very relaxing. A good place to come back to after a day out & about.

Lovely property. Not huge but really well laid out, with everything that we needed. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and felt really secluded. Definitely worth exploring the gardens. The private areas are well signposted, but we really appreciated the established plants, trees, and the perfect view from the hidden bench!

Barmouth stay

What an amazing stay we had , the property was beautiful, well presented and very clean. Owners were lovely and friendly and the view overlooking the estuary at the back of the property was breathtaking. This was a lovely place to stay for just two people. Will definitely be going back

A lovely stay

The cottage is definitely five-star all round! I had a lovely, comfortable stay for two weeks in this real home from home, with everything I needed (including good internet), a glorious garden and a stunning location. Thank you - I hope to return soon!
