Shorty Pants Rentals are here! These ultimate lakefront homes are located in Osage Beach, off HWY KK and Three Seasons Road. We are on the 21-mile marker, next to Shorty Pants Marina.This rental property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,500 sq ft of living with lakefront access, and panoramic lake views. Upstairs there are two queen sized beds, one full bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home sleeps up to 6 comfortably. These homes are the ultimate vacation getaway for families or groups. These homes have a beautifully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, custom tile and all needed appliances. Outdoor dining areas, gas grills included with a small deck for lounging and entertaining.

This house is next door to Shorty Pants Lounge, and down the road from Redhead Yacht Club, and Performance Boat dealer.

The location is great. We could hear the live music from Shorty Pants when we sat on the porch, which we enjoyed! The bedrooms are a good size and the beds were comfortable.

This was perfect for our family. Our in-laws live nearby, so we used the house for overflow on a busy weekend. The house is large and the rooms are nice. The house is in walking distance to two popular restaurants/bars (Shorty Pants & Red Head). The upstairs bathroom is only accessible by walking through another bedroom, but that was okay for our group. There is another bathroom on the bottom floor. We were able to pull our boat up to the property dock to pick people up, but I recommend using the gas dock or marina at Shorty Pants instead. Overall, we were very satisfied and will stay here again. The property manager was excellent.

Great Location, Fun Memories

We enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to Osage and Shorty Pants. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. We loved hanging out on the dock with our floaties, We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

Great location!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The location is great, very close to a few local places to eat and drink. Will definitely come back again!

Great house

Great property with a great location! Management was on top of it and made the check in/check out process very simple. The slip was top notch with easy access from the house. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Wonderful!

We had a small friendcation at Ashley's property and we loved it! It was super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Ashley gave very clear instruction on the check in and check out process so there was no confusion and we loved being able to see the lake!

Cute House in Great Location!

We had a great stay, for girl's weekend, at the house! The dock was awesome and its super close to Shorty Pants, where we went for live music and dinner. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The dining table only seats a couple people, but there's a big table on the patio that seats plenty!

Everything we wanted for the shootout.

We had a place to tie up our boat right in front of the house. Was so convenient to have gas and free ice right at the location before heading out on the lake. The restaurant was very close and convenient and the food was good. The house had what we needed but the set up of the main bathroom was not ideal. You had to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. That was the only complaint of the entire stay.

Good location but that’s about it!

Overall the place is poorly suited for a group of 6! Only bathroom upstairs was within one of the 3 bedrooms. All others had to go down steep stairs to tiny bathroom with ridiculously small shower with no place to even place a bar of soap. There was no table inside house where six people could eat together. Outside table only and that is in desperate need of a good paint job. Stove was dirty. Smoke detector upstairs was sitting on nightstand. Toilet roll dispenser in bathroom broken and toilet paper hanging off wall. I could go on………It’s location next to Shorty Pants is convenient though so if that really matters…… go for it.

Great location; no private dock

We had a great time staying here. The home was very clean. I loved that there were personal fans available for each room. All 3 rooms are upstairs, the main floor has the living room a smaller patio room with a game console (does not work); and the kitchen. The house is right on the edge of the Shorty Pants parking lot so there was tons of traffic on the weekends and many cars would use the parking slabs from the house to turn around. There is no private dock to use. There are 3 docks close by and it was unclear as to which dock we could use. The available dock in the pictures is available to anyone staying in a Shorty Pants house. We were lucky enough to have the dock to ourselves as the house next to us never came down. We brought our jet skis with us. The public dock is in the next cove over, easy access, and the marina gave us 2 slips to use while we were staying there. The host was not very responsive, she said it was due to service. We didn't need much, but wanted to know if the game console worked and never got a response. Not sure if this is always the case but overall the stay was very enjoyable.
