Shorty Pants Rentals are here! These ultimate lakefront homes are located in Osage Beach, off HWY KK and Three Seasons Road. We are on the 21-mile marker, next to Shorty Pants Marina.
This rental property offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 3,400 sq ft of living with lakefront access, and panoramic lake views. Upstairs the master suite is furnished with a king bed and full bathroom. There is also another bedroom on the top level that has a queen bed along with a day bed. On the top level living area there is a sleeper sofa and another full bathroom, along with a washer and dryer.
Downstairs is equipped with 1.5 bathrooms, a third bedroom with a king sized bed, and the forth has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area.
We added on and created the "Love Shack". This apartment like space is detached from the house that will sleep up to 2. Bedroom with a queen bed, small living area, and bathroom (shower only).
These homes are the ultimate vacation getaway for families or groups. These homes have a beautifully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, custom tile and all needed appliances. Stunning outdoor dining areas, gas grills included with a 2 44ft decks for lounging and entertaining. A courtesy dock is available upon request to fit your boating needs, as well as an area for your guests to park. There are two ramps available close by at Performance Boat Center. The Shorty Pants Marina offers covered boat slips, a full-service gas dock, and C-store for all of your boating needs.

We have now partnered up with Bombay Boat Rentals. Rental options include: 2016 Sylvan Mirage Tritoon, 2016 Cobalt 220, and 2016 SeaDoo GTI SE WaveRunners.

This house is next door to Shorty Pants Lounge, and down the road from Redhead Yacht Club, and Performance Boat dealer.

The host was available before and doing our check-in. The house was described as just it was online. There is plenty of room to spread out among the family. Being on the lake was great. I will be back next year.

Our group of 8 had an amazing time! The property had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the location. Short walk to supper every night. Close to town.

Great House!

This house is great! We had 6 couples and were all very comfortable. The “Love Shack” above the garage is super cute and cozy. The house is stocked with soaps, trash bags, detergent, toilet paper, coffee and filters. All the things many places do not keep in the rentals. The Marina was super helpful with our needs. We had a boat slip and wave runner lift which was very helpful. The restaurant nearby has really good food and very convenient. We had rain one evening and the screened in porch allowed us to still be outside and stay dry. This is our 4th annual visit to Osage Beach and by far our favorite house. The owner is fantastic and responds quickly! I highly recommend this house and would return again!!

Perfect house for couples trip!

This house was perfect for 5 couples. The description is very accurate. We enjoyed getting to float in the lake off of the dock! The property owner provided all needed info prior to the trip. She also was very responsive to questions we asked before we went. Will definitely stay here again!

Friends Trip

The house was as advertised with plenty of room for 12 adults to stay with plenty of room to spare. We were able to come and go either via car or boat and had no issued with parking or having a boat slip available to use. With two full refrigerators there was ample storage for drinks and food as well.

Perfect Location at the Lake

This is in the heart of Osage Beach where we could cross the street to Shorty Pants and walk or run for a beautiful 2.5 miles on a lightly traveled street along the lake. Just off KK with a great local coffee shop is an added bonus. House was perfect with two floors for different families and the garage suite for a more quiet spot. We’ll be back again next year.

great place to stay, so convenient to Shorty pants marina

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked but a bit disorganized. Plenty of towels, toilet paper & paper towels. Our group ate every meal on the screened in porch. Just wished the porch had doors.

Family weekend

It was a great location and very close to a lot of activities. The space was great for our whole family - 6 adults and 5 kids under 8. Having two kitchens was perfect and the outside deck was used a lot. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone as well and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house for family

Loved staying at this Place! Convenient location. Beautiful home. Restaurant is delicious! The view of the lake was gorgeous from both patios. Only downside is the hill of the driveway. But overall we will be back again!

Great location!

This house and location was great for a group of friends. So nice being close the restaurant for good food and drinks! The screened in porch was fantastic as it rained one whole day. There were a few things that weren't great, I would highly recommend NEVER driving your boat down in that area. I was told that we could possibly bring it down and turn around, but we got stuck and tore up our trailer. Once we figured out the boat ramp situation it was better. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards and trash left outside from a previous renter. Probably more of a bad renter situation. All in all, a good place for a group, covered dock with free ice too!!

Perfect location and great house!

The house was in a great location and beautifully decorated inside. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 14. The property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

First Annual Cousing trip 2022

This was the perfect house for 11 of us. One of our cousings moved a street overn so it was convenient. Shorty pant was a great place, steps from the house. It has an amazing menu, the food was really good. The place was clean and the host took care of anything we needed. There was a dock we could hang out on in front of the house. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Julie

Perfect for our family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family needs. The location was great and the house had everything we needed for our family of 13. We also loved that we could park our tritoon at the location for ease of use. The house was very roomy and gave our family the space we needed including enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We really liked the 2 levels and all the accommodations it had to offer. The property manager responded to all questions timely and very easy to work with. Our family vacation to the Ozarks was a lot of fun and we will definitely be back! .
