Experience a fisherman’s paradise with the location of the house right over the crystal clear water, affording you the ability to easily see the many species of fish, particularly carp and bass swimming below. Precisely cast your line for a sure catch!

Or slowly start your day on the deck with a cup of coffee while watching the rest of the lake wake up.

Bask in the morning and early afternoon sunlight until the trees offer shade and a welcome reprieve from the hot, afternoon summer sun. If you’re here to soak up every minute of sunshine, the swim platform will be your chosen spot as it is in full sun all day.

Boat, tube, swim, ski, sail. RELAX. LAUGH. Bike, run, kayak, canoe. There are many activities nearby. Hike or bike the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail or visit the state park for hiking or playing at the lake front recreation area. Rent water sports equipment from Keuka Lake Watersports. Wander around the beautiful small towns of Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Take advantage of being in the heart of wine country by planning a wine tour. Shop at The Windmill Farm & Craft Market. Don’t miss the many waterfront restaurants and their live music. Finish the evening with a stop at Seneca Farms for a scoop of their famous ice cream.

When the sun sets on your fun-filled day, sit fire-side listening to the sound of the water which is within reaching distance from your cozy Adirondack chair. The moon rising over the bluff will be an unforgettable sight. A late night dance on the dock will be an everlasting memory. The kids catching fireflies, playing hide & seek, and night swimming with music playing and people laughing in the background will be among their most treasured childhood memories.
