Lazy Loon Cottage is a Charming KEUKA LAKE cottage with amazing views!

"Lazy Loon Cottage" is situated on the scenic east side of KEUKA LAKE in the heart of the FINGER LAKES, a private lot with a LEVEL LAKEFRONT beach. Once you see the view you will understand why we fell in love with this cottage. This cozy getaway is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sunrises and the best sunsets you could imagine while taking in Keuka Lake's Bluff Point view with views spanning almost the entire lake in both directions. Located in a private beach community, you will quickly understand why they call it Crystal Beach when you see the crystal blue water and amazing lake front beach just steps from the cottage!

Our cottage has just been beautifully remodeled inside and out!

The property is level with only a few steps from the cottage to the beach. The lake is warm and shallow and is perfect for children. There is plenty of yard space in the front and back for children to play. You are also welcome to use our two Kayaks and Canoe.
Lazy Loon Cottage is conveniently located just down the street within walking distance of two great wineries and a short drive to other wineries breweries, and distilleries in the area. Also located close by to great restaurants that you can drive or boat to!

This cottage is great for vacationing during all four seasons. Central heating/ AC system for the entire cottage will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays and cool during the summer. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. The Lazy Loon Cottage is the perfect fall or summer retreat!

*We had a very successful listing with a previous cottage on a nearby lake and decided that Keuka Lake was where we ultimately wanted to be. We are excited to share our brand newly remodeled cottage looking over the best part of the lake! Our goal is to make sure your vacation is an amazing experience!

Another wonderful stay. The cottage is always pristine and comfortable. We appreciate the additional touches each year (new sun shade etc.). We especially appreciate the addition of towels and linens.

Wonderful place all around!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed here. The location can’t be beat - within walking distance to several wineries, a brewery, a distillery and The Switz restaurant! Love the lakefront here as well! Chris

Great weekend lakefront getaway

This is a well kept and very clean house on the lake. Great location and view of the lake. Very quiet and relaxing!! Spacious for 4 adults. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Spot on the lake!

Very tidy and lovely Cottage equipped with everything you need. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space. Adam is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knew about the area. We had a great stay! Hoping to booking again during the warmer months!

Cozy Cabin lake front

Adorable, cozy cabin directly on the lake. It was unseasonably chilly while we were there, so we didn’t take advantage of some of the extra amenities like the outdoor area and fire pit, but it was very inviting. Only thing is to be prepared to make all your beds when you arrive. That may have been on the listing, but I didn’t remember as we booked so far in advance. Overall, great stay!

Excellent stay

This property was by far the cleanest and most comfortable rental we have ever experienced on the lake. The host is easy to reach with any questions and has family nearby should an issue arise. We are so grateful to Adam and his family for accepting dogs into his lovely home. Looking forward to next year!!

Charming Cottage, Great Location

My husband and I have stayed at Lazy Loon several times now and will keep coming back. Cottage has always been very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Spectacular view of the lake. Owner is very responsive and communicates instructions well. Check in and out are seamless. We have had zero issues staying here. It's my happy place.

Thankful stay!

My family and I had the best time celebrating Thanksgiving in the Finger Lakes. The Lazy Loon Cottage offered the perfect setting to relax and enjoy much needed family time. It's location was ideal, centrally located on the East side of Lake Keuka and near our favorite wineries. The home was clean and comfortable. My kids especially enjoyed all the throw blankets. My kids already have asked if we can make this our family tradition!

Clean and Well Appointed

Second time staying at the Lazy Loon for myself, my husband and our small dog. The property is extremely clean (very important to me) and well appointed. Spectacular views of the lake and quiet neighborhood. Exactly as advertised. Owner reached out to make sure all was well. Easy check in. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic Lake Trip

This is our third family trip staying at the Lazy Loon on Keuka Lake. We had a fantastic time! It is perfect for our family. The convenient parking right in front of the house and the easy access to the lake were a big plus. The provided kayaks and paddleboard added to our enjoyment, and the sunsets over the lake were breathtaking. Making s'mores fireside is always a hit with the kids. The lake depth was ideal for our younger ones, and the nearby restaurants, like The Switz and Timber Stone Grill were excellent. Be sure to visit Seneca Farms in Penn Yann for amazing ice cream! Adam, our host, was responsive and attentive. We always enjoy our family time at the Lazy Loon.

Upscale

Adam is a super host. This house is pristine and upscale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay wonderful. The master bedroom mattress is so comfortable you won’t want to get up. Then when you do, drinking coffee on the deck to watch the sun come up is amazing! The view of Keuka Lake is incredible. There’s a dock and shallow entrance into the lake making it ideal for all ages. Adam responded within minutes when we had a question. We would definitely come back in the summer to this peaceful house on the lake.

Sunrises and sunsets for days

You drive up to a cottage and wonder if it’s right place, then you open the door and THAT VIEW!!! The cottage was great. Recently remolded and super clean. We were so surprised to realize we could see both sunrises and sunsets from one spot (a nice level spot right on the water). Adam was great. We had one issue at the house and he was so responsive. We texted, he responded immediately and he was at the house and had it fixed within an hour! We tried all his recommendations for food beer and wine were amazing. And you can walk to wineries - just half a mile away! You are close to neighbors as with most places in this area, but when we were there we only saw them a few times. Definitely recommend.

Awesome Weekend getaway

OMG what a wonderful place to unwind and relax!! The cottage was perfect for myself and husband to “runaway” from our weekly grind. The cottage had everything we needed and was well stocked with all you could want to make yourself dinner or just a snack. Communication with the owner was great! They made sure to check on us to make sure we had checked in okay as well as inform us of the polar bear swim party being held that weekend at the restaurant up the road : ) The cottage was extremely clean well maintained and comfortably furnished. You can tell that the owners take great pride in this property. It is truly beautiful and the views from the deck are amazing! Wish the weather had been nicer but the cottage was so cozy it was perfect to hang out and veg! Hope to be able come back soon and fully enjoy the deck and the lake.

Lovely Stay at the Lazy Loon!

Beautiful cottage with stellar views! This home provided a quiet refuge during our most recent trip to Keuka Lake. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It has been beautifully renovated. Wonderful holiday stay

Exceeded Expectations

We've been visiting the Finger Lakes for about 10 years now and have stayed at quite a few cottages. This cottage, by far, was the cleanest and well-appointed place we have stayed. From start to finish, the process was so easy. With one family member having some mobility issues, the single level floor plan made navigating the cottage easy and comfortable for them. No hills, easy parking, great view from the deck, what more can you ask for? We did appreciate the owner reaching out to us to make sure all was good and it was more than good, it was fantastic. We spent most of our time relaxing on the deck as we had great weather, made a few meals and just enjoyed ourselves. So thank you again for having us and we look forward to coming back in 2025.

Lovely cottage with very comfortable furnishings. The neighbors are very hospitable, which is not always the case with rentals. The location is ideal. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. We look forward to returning!!

Perfect lake cottage vacation

Accomodations were perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room and the location to stores, breweries and wineries, Corning Museum were ideal for us. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable lake vacation!

The views are Amazing and the sunsets from the east side are something you just have to see for yourself. The wildlife on the lake is spectacular. You may see bald eagles flying over head or diving down to catch a fishy snack. Osprey and kingfishers are quite common. Of course the seasonal Loons and their distinct calls are why we named our place the LAZY LOON COTTAGE. My wife and I love to go wine tasting at the many local wineries or stop by the growing number of breweries in the area. We also love all the Amish shops where you can get homemade crafts and food. You certainly can't beat sitting by the bonfire at night listening to the bullfrogs and fish jump while gazing at all the stars, that is one of our favorite things about an evening at the lake.
