A lovely cottage on Keuka Lake's edge! The cottage is well-equipped, clean, and even comes with a bottle of wine greeting from one of the local wineries. Our trip was perfect - outstanding communicatio with Morgan our host - wonderful recommendatiions for restaurants and museums - and the leaf-peeping was spectacular!!

The house was very clean, well-stocked kitchen and perfect for us. We appreciate that it was dog friendly as well. The view was fantastic with a nice deck and dock for outdoor activities. The host was very personable and provided good instructions.

Great cottage by Keuka Lake. Host was super responsive and communicative as needed. Great location right on the water and access to kayaks. Every little thing was thought of by host from pantry items, to kitchen utensils, to cleanliness of property. Would recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend The Meritage to anyone visiting the Finger Lakes. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, wineries, and everything we wanted to see during our trip.The host was exceptional from the start. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, Morgan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Whether enjoying coffee or relaxing in the evening. The scenery was simply gorgeous and made our stay feel extra special.We wouldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay at The Meritage again in the future.

The Meritage is a very nice lakefront cottage in an excellent location for every place we wanted to go. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with what we needed. Fun sitting in front of a nice fire in the fire pit lakeside and in the adirondack chairs at the end of the dock with good visibility up and down the lake as well as across to the Bluff. We truly enjoyed our time on Keuka at this cottage.

The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Inside was exactly as described The steps to the cottage were described as steep but also a bit treacherous I didn’t realize it wasn’t a walkout to the water and we had difficulty getting our old dog out of the water and the same with the kayaks. But a young family would probably have no problems with this. The host Morgan was delightful.

I loved my stay at this lake house! It was the perfect size and setup for my trip. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything I needed, which meant that once I arrived, I really didn't have to leave. It was also conveniently located just a short drive from Penn Yan, making it easy to run into town if needed.The lakefront was definitely the highlight. Having a bit of yard space between the house and the water was wonderful, and being able to walk straight out to the dock with no road in between made the experience even better.The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. I was comfortable throughout my stay, both inside and outside the house. The property is located on a quiet street that was perfect for long walks, which I thoroughly enjoyed.Communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish and greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway.

Relaxing Stay

The Meritage cottage had everything we needed for a quiet getaway. Easy to find, great location, and you cannot beat waking up and being able to immediately look out over the lake. Great value and a wonderful find, would happily rebook in the future.
