We had more than ample space for the kids to roam. I decorated the 4 bunk bed room into a haunted house with purple and orange lights They loved it. S'mores at the fire pit.Painted rocks etc Floated the river. Endless fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice riverfront home on a quiet street. The location is great for tubing the Horseshoe, visiting Canyon Lake, or heading into New Braunfels.The highlight is definitely the spot on the river right in front of the small dam. There’s deeper 3 foot water on one side that’s great for kayaking, and shallow water on the other that’s perfect for sitting in a chair and relaxing in the river. The dam also creates a small chute and rapids that were especially fun for kids to play in.If you tube the Horseshoe from the beginning, it’s roughly a four-hour float to the house.

Great family stay

Super location, plenty of space for our group of 8. Excellent outside sitting areas right beside the river! Would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. Great location, nice part of the river and big windows that look out onto the river. Nice place to spend time with the family.
