We have new bunks with a FULL size bed below and TWIN upper, so our condo can actually sleep 9, but our maximum occupancy must be posted as 8 due to Calypso fire codes.

Calypso is the ONLY condo where you can truly WALK to Pier Park, and being on the ground floor is an added bonus. Fly into the Panama City Beach airport (ECP) and uber - you won't even need a car!
Relax and enjoy FIRST FLOOR convenience with an expansive ocean view! Just steps from the pool! You will love the oversized balcony which overlooks the ocean and one of two wonderful 172' free-form pools (one heated to 80+ degrees!). You have complete balcony access and ocean views from both the living room and master suite! You don't even have to get out of bed to see and enjoy the ocean! Let the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep!
You will not find a better view from your condo or balcony than Calypso first floor! Fabulous view of the pool and ocean.

No worries about privacy, Calypso 'ropes off' the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!
FIRST FLOOR FLIP FLOPS is decorated to give you a beach cottage feel and absolute luxury! We can accomodate nine, with king-size bed in the master suite, queen-size bed in the front bedroom on the left, bunk beds (FULL bed on lower bunk, twin on top) in the front bedroom on the right, and a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress.
Because your comfort is important to us, our fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, of course) is stocked with all luxuries of home. Prepare your favorite dish, or blend yourself a Margarita at the wet-bar before heading off to Margaritaville, a few FLIP FLOPS away!
Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much? No problem! There are many great restaurants in walking distance and a great carryout called Fatty's, is just across the street. We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!
Our unit offers a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evening.
We have also installed extra storage cabinets - in the laundry room and above the wet bar - for your convenience.
CALYPSO WEST 104 CONVENIENCE - You will appreciate the easy access to our FIRST FLOOR CONDO for loading and unloading. There is 15 minute parking right outside your door! Since 1980 I have looked forward to our annual family vacation in Panama City Beach.
We always stayed at St. Andrews Park in a pop-up camper and had a blast. When we grew up, Mom and Dad finally bought a condo. To make a sad story short, my Dad died suddenly in 2002 and Mom sold the condo. I convinced Mom to buy another one - with my husband and ME! As soon as I learned about Calypso, I knew it was the perfect spot for our family. THIS IS A FAMILY AFFAIR! We hope you will enjoy our FIRST FLOOR FLIP FLOPS FAMILY FUNSPOT as much as we do.

We are really excited that we were able to reserve dual beach lounge setups with huge umbrellas that the beach service will set up each day for you - close to the water's edge! This is at no extra cost to you! (Available from March until November)
NEW FOR YOU:
We purchased a private VIP reserved parking spot in the beachside garage right under the condo (no crossing the street or searching for a place to park) for your convenience because it was the only luxury that we did not have to offer our guests, and this was making me crazy! NOW NO ONE BEATS FLIP FLOPS:)
