Beautiful apartment in San Gimignano - RoccaiaCasa'70

Our apartment is the perfect place to spend your holiday relaxing or doing sports, surrounded by the fantastic landscapes of the Tuscan hills. It has a wonderful infinity pool and a private garden. Ideal for families with children. Small domestic friends are welcome.
The apartment has a vintage style inspired by the 70s, where original furniture has been recovered with the intent of preserving and reusing existing resources. Our philosophy of attention to human relationships, the environment, history, tradition, and good food is a common thread in the management of the apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor in 95 square meters with views of private green annexes (a terrace, a back room, and a historic pergola) that make outdoor life during the warm months usable and pleasant. The terrace with umbrella is perfect for breakfast and dinner and allows you to enjoy the view of the rose garden, the village, and the surrounding vineyards. In the area facing north, you can enjoy an outdoor lunch and barbecue even in the warm months. The area is surrounded by scented essences of jasmine that blooms in July and others, such as the strawberry tree and the viburnum, that make the stay and the view at the outdoor table pleasant. The pergola overlooking the master bedroom is made with historic vines selected by me and my husband during studies conducted in the urban areas of the nearby medieval city of Siena.
Inside the apartment there is access to a spacious living area with a kitchen equipped with a large central island, dining table, television, bookcase, fireplace, and double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and accessory for those who love to cook during their stay, experimenting with Tuscan delights, and is characterized by high-quality finishes, including the famous Venetian graniglia in the worktops.
From the living area, you enter the sleeping area through a corridor where there are two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom with shower, located at the end of the corridor, has a small window overlooking the back garden and is characterized by handcrafted finishes in the polychrome mosaics, in the light travertine, and in the small terracotta mirror.
The apartment is quiet, and the ancient walls ensure the maintenance of an ideal temperature both in summer and winter, even in the absence of air conditioning. From June to September, it offers the use of a large swimming pool overlooking San Gimignano, in which guests are provided with a place with an umbrella and two sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing immersed in the Tuscan nature. The apartment also offers some free services, including sheets, towels, parking, and wi-fi throughout the property, heating. For stays longer than 14 nights, an apartment cleaning is included, with optional linen change.

NOTE
The regional regulation applies for the payment of a tourist tax of €1.5 for each guest aged 12 and over for up to a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid in cash at check-in. The regulation is approved on an annual basis and may be subject to change.
