My husband, adult children and I had a lovely four night stay at this beautiful, clean and well provisioned property. We especially liked the location and pool area and the thoughtful gestures by the owner, such as leaving a home baked tart one afternoon and giving us each a bag with refreshments at checkout.

Sabrina was an amazing host, who went over and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From greeting us with a basket full of goodies, to surprising us with a homemade tart and bottle of wine, and a send off goodie bag for our way out. The villa is beautiful, and very well kept. The Tuscan charm shines through every part of this villa. Thank you Sabrina for an amazing experience in Tuscany, we all had a great time. Grazie mille.

Beautiful villa with excellent views of Tuscany. The pool is stunning and a great place to relax. Place is just like the pictures and very comfortable. SAbina is an excellent host and the commutation was great. We will be back!

Sabrina was the most hospitable host we’ve ever stayed with. She was very responsive to any questions and allowed an early check in for us. She gave us gifts throughout the week, including homemade tart. We were amazed at how beautiful and perfectly landscaped the villa and property were. It is quiet enough to feel peaceful and private, but only 7 minutes from the gorgeous town of San Gimignano, which we fell in love with. Easy to get around, a great hike you can get to right from the villa, and a sparkling clean space… it was a wonderful stay.

Charming host and family. Very supportive and generous of their time during dental emergency. They made appointment with their dental provider and offered to take us to the appointment. The property grounds are stunning and the villa is receiving ongoing upgrades. The second floor bath is very large with walk in shower. The first floor bath has vintage fixtures. Installing air conditioning in the first floor should be considered as the extreme heat conditions are the norm and getting more severe.

Loved Villa Sabrina, location was brilliant and owners discrete. Probably helped that it was 35 so pool and A/ C a blessingSan G about 15 min drive but a lovely hours walk across hills. Also easily visited Volterra, Siena and Florence. Highlight of trip Antinori Chianti Classico vineyard

Villa Sabrina is a dream. The landscape and views are amazing. The villa is clean and fully appointed with all items needed. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Sabrina is a wonderful hostess. She even surprised us a couple of times with special treats. We would love to stay here again.

From the minute we arrived to the day we left we found the villa fantastic, and the owners were very helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay lovely.

We loved our stay at Villa Sabrina! Sabrina was an incredibly welcoming and thoughtful host. She met us on arrival with a basket of groceries—which we used to make dinner that night—and a delicious homemade cherry pie.Despite temperatures reaching 102F, we stayed comfortable thanks to A/C in the rooms, the shady terrace, and the beautiful pool. The house had everything our family of five needed, including a comfortable living room, washer, and outdoor games like ping pong, basketball, badminton, and Velcro darts.The setting is gorgeous and truly makes you feel part of the Tuscan countryside. We watched the sunrise from the terrace each morning. San Gimignano is less than 3 miles away and was a highlight of our Italy trip, and Siena and Florence were easy day trips.On our last night, we had a chef come for a cooking lesson and dinner, and even they commented that Villa Sabrina had one of the best kitchens they had worked in at a rental!At checkout, Sabrina surprised each of us with a goodie bag of snacks and water for our drive back to Rome. From our arrival to departure, these thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable.We loved Villa Sabrina and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay for all trips around the area. Sabrina was great. The wine and desert dropped by during our stay was unexpected and a great touch after our day trips

A beautiful home on beautiful grounds. Excellent location for day trips to nearby villages, wineries, and scenery. Our host greeted us like family and we were well taken care of. An absolutely dreamy trip. We hope to be back someday!

Beautiful Property

The villa was exactly as advertised, and just as lovely as the pictures demonstrated. It was much better than we expected. Sabrina was a wonderful host and surprised us with goodies throughout our stay. We all hated to leave but I hope to return.

We stayed here for nine days and couldn’t have been more pleased. There were three of us and the privacy was excellent. Beautiful walk to San Gimignano and easy location to Sienna and surrounding medieval towns. The location of this property was amazing. The house itself was exceptional and our host, Sabrina was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped and we did 90% of our dinners at home. we were here. for nine days.

A superb location for touring Tuscany, this villa exceeded expectations in every way. The villa was well managed by brilliant hosts and had all the amenities you would expect. What made the villa extra special was the outdoor space which was the best of any villa I have stayed in. Immaculate and huge garden and pool area with views over the rolling Tuscan landscape. You couldn't ask for more!

The Villa was a wonderful place for our family stay, and the property was as described in the website. Sabrina was very kind and detailed oriented to make sure that everything was working, and she was also very responsive when needed. We stayed at this beautiful villa in Tuscany with two families and young kids (ages 1–5), and it was perfect. The house is stunning, super well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, the landscaping was immaculate, and the views were just gorgeous. Sabrina and her family were incredibly kind and helpful—they truly went above and beyond, even helping us find dinner one night when one of our kids wasn’t feeling well. It’s also in a great location—very close to San Gimignano and other charming little villages, which made it an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. We’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend.
