Only 65 steps from PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS, just across 30A with crosswalk (see photos for easy safe access to beach). Walking distance to the beach is just one of the many perks when staying at this exquisite, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home nestled in the peaceful community of Inlet Beach. Enjoy sea breezes off the large porch while sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.

Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, on desirable 30A, this single-family home is the prime location to enjoy fun in the sun, fantastic shopping, and dining in any of the area's renowned local restaurants (George's, Mimmo's Cuvee 30A, Brunos pizza, Red Bar, just name a few.)

Sea Oaks is able to lodge up to 8 guests. The upstairs master includes a king-sized bed with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, a Jack-n-Jill bath connects the second queen-sized bedroom to a bunk room that sleeps 4. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen is better stocked than most home kitchens. Other fun details provided by the owners include a vast library of books, games and a game table, bikes (let us know how many), beach toys, and a wagon to help carry it all down to the beach. These are just a few of the small details that the owners have considered to ensure you have everything you need for the perfect family getaway.

Perfect location and stay

We could not be more thrilled with our stay here. The location was perfect for beach access with the house providing every single thing we needed to have a great time. This was a fantastic vacation spot.

Perfect Host and location

Wonderful house, clean, perfect location for families with smaller kids, a short hop to the beach, not in a super crowded area of 30a, close to publix, tons of beach amenities included - chairs, umbrellas, toys, bikes.

The host was super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch before the day got started. We loved being right across the street from public access. You should be aware that there are a lot stairs down to the beach at the public access. Also, the master bedroom was very comfortable and spacious, but there is a lot of natural light there in the morning that could wake you up if you don't rise at sunrise. Finally, the bikes were a nice perk that induced us to rent. Candidly, they could've used some maintenance before we arrived, but the host addressed our concern quickly and to our satisfaction. For the price and the location, this place is hard to beat.

Great time

Wonderful place. Close to a relatively uncrowded stretch of beach. Road noise was noticeable but overall very peaceful and quiet space. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of beach equipment if you need that. We totally recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxed, peaceful, and comfortable place.

Great location and host

This property has a great location. The home was filled with plenty of supplies to make your vacation, relaxing. The host takes great care and making sure that they communicate clearly and respond quickly. We’re very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation

The home was beautiful and in a great location on 30A. Just steps away from the beach and came with all kinds of beach equipment for our use. Close to our favorite restaurants. It was just my wife and I but would definitely rent this property again and have plenty of room for our kids and three grandkids. They would love the easy access to the beach!

Very accommodating host, well appointed house. All the appliances, utensils and cookware from home and then some! We brought beach toys, chairs, canopy etc- not necessary they have so much stuff there for your use. Overall great house for our family, great location, would stay again!

The Kitchen was fully equipped, two different coffee makers, all kind of cutlery, plates, and bowles. Outside there are two grills, one 3 flames gas grill from Weber and one normal. The house has 3 rooms, one master upstairs, and two smaller rooms downstairs with shared bath. I had a special request for the host to prepare and she delivered with love and care. Absolutely fantastic.The house is located on the beach road and you need to cross the road to access the beach by steps. The beach is stunning, clean and has wonderful waves. A great place to spend the day, especially when you know the house is just minutes away. We had a great time.

Nice place overall. Close to the beach, the property is very private, even though it’s on 30A. The property manager was very responsive. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, which is fine if everyone is okay walking up stairs. I would stay here again.

The second floor offers so much in the way of views and breezes; the second floor balcony is by far my favorite spot to begin and end the day. BEACH VIEW GETAWAY

Enjoyed stay at the property. Perfect house for family vacation. The owner was very helpful in providing details about the property and beach area to help make our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the beach was a plus. The view of the beach from inside and on the deck was great! It rained most of the time we were there. However, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the property was great. Loved it!
