TRUE BY OWNER RENTAL-This is a family owned and operated home. Our goal is to provide a five-star experience. We want to operate the kind of rental we would like to find on our vacation. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Only 65 steps from PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS, just across 30A with crosswalk (see photos for easy safe access to beach). Walking distance to the beach is just one of the many perks when staying at this exquisite, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home nestled in the peaceful community of Seacrest Beach. Enjoy sea breezes off the large porch while sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.

Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, on desirable 30A, this single-family home is the prime location to enjoy fun in the sun, fantastic shopping, and dining in any of the area's renowned local restaurants (George's, Cuvee 30A, Brunos pizza, Red Bar, just name a few.)

Sea Oaks is able to lodge up to 8 guests. The upstairs master includes a king-sized bed with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, a Jack-n-Jill bath connects the second queen-sized bedroom to a bunk room that sleeps 4. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen is better stocked than most home kitchens. Other fun details provided by the owners include a vast library of books, games and a game table, bikes (let us know how many), beach toys, and a wagon to help carry it all down to the beach. These are just a few of the small details that the owners have considered to ensure you have everything you need for the perfect family getaway.

Perfect location and stay

Rejuvenating beach week

Thank you for sharing your absolutely wonderful home with us. It was furnished well with everything we could want or need for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation. The beach access was an easy walk to the clean white beaches with lots of open areas for all to enjoy and beach amenities were available. The home offered comfortable outside seating areas on the deck and the front yard for enjoying your morning coffee and sunset refreshments. Our host was very welcoming and showed us their home, provided lists of wonderful local restaurants with incredible dishes & dessert, guides to shopping and local attractions.We had an incredible time and highly recommend this home.

Relaxing Vacation

The home was beautiful and in a great location on 30A. Just steps away from the beach and came with all kinds of beach equipment for our use. Close to our favorite restaurants. It was just my wife and I but would definitely rent this property again and have plenty of room for our kids and three grandkids. They would love the easy access to the beach!

Worth Repeat Visits!

This is our second stay at this property this year. We absolutely love the location, the size of the home, and the generous hospitality of Andra, the homeowner. The kitchen is perfect if you love to cook, like me, and the bedrooms are all comfortable. The house is right across the street from beach access and the homeowner provides extra chairs and beach toys that make everything super easy. There are books and games and movies to enjoy too! We are happy to be repeat visitors and hope to be able to stay at Sea Oaks for many years to come.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Very easy walk and access to not-too-busy sand and surf. Easy walk to Alys Beach for food and shopping. Quick drive or bike ride to groceries. House is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a great visit, including bikes, beach stuff, and a nicely stocked kitchen! Andra was friendly and attentive and very communicative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible Host and Location!

From the moment we booked this property, we were impressed. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. The house is well stocked, clean, and in the best possible location! You truly are 65 steps from the beach and in the heart of everything that 30A has to offer. There was a booking error that was 100% my fault and our host was so kind and accommodating to our family. We can’t thank them enough and we will certainly be back!

Great family beach house!

We had a last minute emergency and Andra saved us. What a wonderful evening rescue....her house was perfect for our two families! It is easy to get to the beach and convenient to both Rosemary and Seaside! Looking forward to coming back!

Nice place overall. Close to the beach, the property is very private, even though it’s on 30A. The property manager was very responsive. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, which is fine if everyone is okay walking up stairs. I would stay here again.

BEACH VIEW GETAWAY

Enjoyed stay at the property. Perfect house for family vacation. The owner was very helpful in providing details about the property and beach area to help make our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the beach was a plus. The view of the beach from inside and on the deck was great! It rained most of the time we were there. However, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the property was great. Loved it!

Great beach stay!

This house was a great place to have a wonderful family beach vacation! So close to the beach and so many amenities included. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and using the boogie boards. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the house. We played board games in the evenings and then went walking on the beach again. Our family really enjoyed the stay. Andra was very responsive when we requested to book our reservation and she was always quick to respond. If we ever get back to the FL beach again we will be in contact to stay at SeaOaks!

Beach house

Owner was very accommodating and communicating was easy. The kitchen had all the hardware we needed to cook some great meals. The walk to the beach was just as stated in the description. We needed a few extra bikes and some beach towels and the owner had them waiting for us. Very nice!

Great location, comfortable accommodations

We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The home is in a great location and very nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and master bath was spacious and updated. We enjoyed s'mores with the kids by the fire at night (compliments of our host) and enjoyed playing cards and games around the table after a long day in the sun. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys so there will be no need to bring ours next time! Even got to enjoy the huge covered porch one morning when we had a passing shower. It was a great place to relax with a book. We would consider returning to the same location next time we plan a trip to the beach.

So accommodating !

Our vacation started with me messing up the invitation dates because of a mixed booking, and the owner of the property was amazing! She accommodated me and helped me figure out how to make the adjustments that I needed. The home is lovely, especially the view from the balcony. I found rest and healing from a recent break up on this trip… And a wonderful place for my children to play

Perfect house, amazing location, wonderful owners!

Our families stay could not have been better! The house slept everyone comfortably with room to spare. The kitchen and laundry made a trip with 9 people even more enjoyable. The extra amenities - beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards, made our time at the beach so much fun. The covered patio was perfect for morning coffee and where we would sit around and talk late at night. The house is right across the street from the walkway to the beach so made for a quick trip back and forth from the house to the beach. The owners were helpful and always available if I had questions. We will definitely book again!

Great location and Andra is wonderful to work with!!!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Oaks! I gave it 4 stars because the bed in the master bedroom is not super comfy, the kitchen needs to be cleaned and decluttered and items like: utensils, appliances, furniture and decor could be updated. The owner should spray for bugs as there were ants in the kitchen. We really loved Andra she is thoughtful, helpful and just a great person. I give her 5 stars and the house 3 so that averages to a 4 star rating!!

Clean, Classic, and Well Appointed

My family and I had a great stay at Sea Oaks. The property was immaculately clean and had classic beach house vibes. I love to cook and I appreciated the well equipped kitchen & clean grill in the back. Shoutout to the excellent small library in the main living area. The location was as described and it was extremely convenient to be so close to the beach. The included beach accessories & bikes were clean, functional, and saved a lot of hassle vs. having to rent them or bring ourselves. My only caveat is that for families with small children, 3 & under, the central staircase is brutal to manage. There is an included baby gate but it was difficult to deploy. But barring that we were very pleased.

Hidden Gem of a property and host

This home is well appointed just across the street from the beautiful and rarely crowded beach. Upstairs has a lot of natural light and a comfortable balcony with rocking chairs. The home is very well stocked with anything that you might have forgotten while packing. But most of all, the host is so very kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were dealing with the after-effects of a hurricane and power outages back home. We felt taken care of and very welcome here. The library is awesome which consisted of games and kids books, too. We are so glad we chose this place. Thank you Andra!

Gem! Beautiful home steps from the beach with incredible host!

We had a fantastic say at Sea Oaks. We’ve been coming to the area for several years and have previously tried to balance proximity to the beach with cost. We have never been able to park at a single family home steps from the beach until finding Sea Oaks. The house is beautifully appointed, the owners have truly thought of everything. Between beach toys for the kids, a library of paperbacks to take to the beach and a kitchen that felt better appointed than my own, we were in sugar sand heaven. Andra, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, anticipating all of our potential questions and needs. We felt her tremendous hospitality from the moment we were greeted by her homemade s'mores kit. We will definitely be back!
