We thoroughly enjoyed our days at Serenity at Treetop. What stood out most was the downstairs shuffleboard room.

Very nice. Room for all 10 of us and some extra. Takes coordination to get to the beach. Once you figure it out it’s a breeze. Just follow the instructions given by the host.

we loved staying here but we wish there would of been a few things… we know it said depending on the property beach towels or beach chairs and there was none..one of the pictures it did look like there were towels so we hoped that was true but it wasn’tWe were there during the hurricane and had to evacuate and come back. When we came back there wasn’t even a broom to clean so they brought us one. We also wish after maybe there would have been a little more communication post hurricane. We aren’t from here so we didn’t know about the Beach tram access so we would have to call everyday and the people with that were very rude. It was hard to know if they were running or not. So they didn’t run the entire time we stayed. Overall we had a good stay just little things that would make it easier..beach accessories, kitchen (salt and pepper even) and more communication when stuff does happen that you have an idea of what is happening (:

A few notes for future guests: beach towels and beach chairs aren't included with this home, and for guest safety we remove opened food and spices between stays. We're glad our team could bring a broom out when you needed one. The hurricane was a hard week for everyone on 30A, and our team worked around the clock checking on homes and guests, so we appreciate your patience. The seasonal beach tram is run by the Treetop community, not by our company, and we're sorry it wasn't running during your stay.
