'Lazy Magnolia' - Close to Beach & Pool w/4 Bikes & Beach Chairs! Near Rosemary!

Enjoy a short five minute stroll to the gorgeous beaches of 30A when you stay at ' Lazy Magnolia,' a three bedroom, three bath home located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. This one-story cottage has all you need for the perfect family vacation or long-weekend with your friends. Nestled in the sand dunes and native brush of Seacrest, you'll enjoy the natural, quiet setting this cottage offers. Pavered streets add a quaint neighborly feel to the homes. Just north of 30-A, you are only steps from the beach access walkover (300 yards!).

Master bedroom: A comfortable firm king-size bed, 46" Samsung TV, and a recently updated private bath with a large luxurious shower. Guest Bedroom: Pillow-top queen-size bed, new flat screen TV, private bath with shower/bathtub combo. Third bedroom: Two twin-size beds with wall-mounted TV.

Jenn-Air/Bosch appliances and granite countertops greet you in the kitchen. It is stocked with the essentials you need to get started. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for you.

You will love the airy and serene living area with a 55" Samsung Smart TV. So bring your passwords to your favorite apps. A built-in speaker system and a high-speed wi-fi connection are additional upgrades you'll enjoy.

For the outdoor lovers, you will appreciate the largest screened-in porch Magnolia has to offer. This second living area comes complete with a full-sized sofa, loveseat glider and chair. Bright cushions and year-round wicker will put the happy in happy hour! There is also a table and chairs for your morning coffee.

The shared swimming pool is just steps from our cottage or take a brief stroll to the beach. Grab one of the 4 bikes provided and take a cruise on the 30-A bike path. Enjoy an afternoon exploring Rosemary Beach, the shops of Seaside, or bike to a local park for an up-close look at nature. Bring your golf clubs for world-renowned golfing at area courses. And don't forget about the shopping on 30-A as well as the famous outlet malls of Destin!

Beach Access: Our beach access is located directly across the street from the neighborhood. To sit near the access from March 1st to November 15th, you must rent a beach chair setup (two chairs and one umbrella) from a local vendor, whose information I can provide. Alternatively, you may use the public beach, which is just a two-minute walk to the right. We have six beach chairs and an umbrella available for you to use there. The benefit of using the public beach is that it is typically less crowded and more relaxing, and there is a shower for rinsing off your feet and beach items at the end of the day.

Note - Our beach walkover is currently in the process of being replaced, so you will have to use the public beach access, which is just 100 yds farther than ours.
