the house is located at the third floor of an ancient in the heart of Trastevere. It is 160 sqm, 3 double bedrooms, 2 large bathroom and 1 service toilet, large kitchen (with table and chairs) full equipped, living room of 60 sqm (table suitable for 8 people).
Air conditioning in all rooms, Wifi, SAT TV (SKY), little terrace with wonderful view (with table and chairs). Spacious Walk-in closet and large closet in all rooms, parquet floors and marble finishes in all rooms.

Luca is a very responsive host, and after we raised our concerns, we were reimbursed 20% of our 3-night stay. However, we were not told about a badly damaged kitchen floor (which was covered by a rug) or a completely unusable bathroom prior to our arrival. Most of these issues have been written about in previous reviews, and we hope the owners resolve them before future guests arrive. One shower leaked under the door, the living room furniture looks dirty, and the kitchen utensils and glassware are sparse. Bring soap and shampoo. If you book this property, please check with the host before you stay to ensure the damages have been fully repaired.Otherwise it is a beautiful, spacious apartment in a very nice location. It is close to taxi service, restaurants, and shops. We could also walk or take a taxi directly into Rome.

Most everything in the apartment was broken. Door knobs, dishwasher, showers flooded, flooring. Shower heads falling off. Not our idea of Luxury :(

The location was fantastic and easy access to central Rome. It was spacious and the architecture was stunning. The chairs in bedroom and couches had seen better days. The accessories, kitchen items, and artwork was sparse. The water pressure and WiFi in red bedroom was almost nonexistent. Probably not worth the price if you are not sharing the cost with one or two couples. However, overall, it was a great stay and worked out well for us.

Great stay

Walking distance to piazzas, restaurants and shopping. Apartment has air conditioning which was helpful as it was very hot during our stay. Would stay again.

Fantastic Trip to Rome!

We had such a lovely stay at Luca’s flat! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located near bus stops and many amazing restaurants. The primary bed is quite low to the ground, which might be something to consider if mobility is a concern, but it wasn’t an issue for us — and it was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked beautifully and was a lifesaver on those extremely hot days. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Luca's apartment in Trastevere. Great location, walkable to all the major sites. Comfortable, well appointed apartment, and Luca was very responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in prime Rpme location.

Place was convenient to see all the sites of Rome. Luca was fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating. Even arranged for transportation to and from airport in very comfortable van. Would definitely use again when staying in Rome.

Great location with lots of space

We enjoyed our stay in Luca’s Trastevere apartment. Although very different from US VRBO’s, we loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family plus a washer and dryer! Such a great location close to so much and walking distance to everything. Couches were pretty uncomfortable, but we were out most of the day anyways. Great place to stay in Rome!

4 adult women staying for a 70th birthday celebration. We loved the apartment and the location. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Had everything we needed. Five stars!

I. The heart of Rome

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen in particular was great. One person in our group has severe food allergies, so it was important that we had good cooking facilities. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Best place to stay in Rome!!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this property was and how amazing Luca was! He helped organize our transportation from the airport to the apartment as well as from the apartment to the Amalfi Coast!! He is amazing!! The property was spectacular and first class!! when I visit Rome, I will be staying there again! Amazing location amazing apartment!!

Great Trastevere Experience

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in awesome Trastevere and also quite close to central historical sites. Well equipped and practical. Great beds, perfect water pressure, and easy to use Miele washer and drier. Quiet neighborhood, zero outside noise at night.

Authentic Roman Holiday

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The location was perfect: multiple authentic restaurants and bars within blocks, 15-30 walks most historical sites of interest, easy access to the building with a electric key pad and elevator. Luca was extremely attentive and went above and beyond. When my husband accidently left his wedding ring at the house, he was able to find it and mail it back.

Excellent choice

Apartment was spacious and elegant. Kitchen is modern and nicely equipped. Bedrooms were ample in size and comfortable with quality linens. The location provides easy access to the city, local restaurants, and shops. The unit is located on a busy street yet the quality windows were able to maintain a quiet environment within. The host was exceptional in his availabilty to assist with various questions and provide local resources. This proved to be a huge bonus for our travel needs.

Great location in Trastevere

The host was very responsive to questions and set up transfers for us from the airport as well as onward to the cruise port. The apartment is well located for touring Trastevere, and several historical sites are an easy walk across the Tiber. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close by, in all price ranges, as well as pharmacies, markets, gelaterias and even a department store. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The living room furnishings are a bit tired and could use an update (they look nicer in the photos than in person), but the beds are comfortable and there is ample storage.
