We have a new kitchen refresh!! Pictures will be up in late Jan. 2024.
Nestled among Kauai's tropical wild plant life, this charming, circular three bedroom, two bath home lies just 200 feet from the beach. Open beamed living and dining areas provide for spacious and relaxed enjoyment with stunning views of the mountains. Wake up to the beautiful melodies of jungle birds, take a short walk to the beach for snorkeling, or enjoy warm island breezes as you dine on the wrap-around lanai. Sleeps up to six people max.

There are several generous common areas in this house, including the 600 square foot covered lanai. The main floor living and dining areas are furnished to accommodate six people very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils.There are grocery stores in Hanalei and Princeville.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower. Located on the main floor, the master suite takes full advantage of the vaulted beam ceilings and unique 'tree house' design. You can fall asleep to the song of tropical rain falling on the roof and wake up to the call of the birds in the trees that are right outside the windows. It's a deeply peaceful, restful spot, with all of the modern conveniences.

Downstairs Bedrooms
Note: The two bedrooms located on the ground floor are accessed by an outside separate entry only. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor of this house. The imported Spanish tile floors in these rooms are cool and comfortable to walk on. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed. All necessary towels and bed linens are provided. Both bedrooms access a paved, covered patio that looks out onto the lushly landscaped private yard surrounding the house. Each room has a ceiling fan and plenty of dresser and closet space.

Please note that this house is near the ocean and is considered the tsunami evacuation zone. Information on evacuation procedures is located in the unit.

Evac procedures are: Go right out the driveway, turn Left on Alealea Rd. Turn Right on OneOne rd. Turn left onto Kuhio Hwy. Stay on this road all the way to Princeville, which is considered high ground.

Loved this house. Nice big kitchen that was well stocked, clean. The main bedroom is open to the rest of the house, but the two bedrooms downstairs allow for privacy at night. Sweet little beach right down the block.

The location is wonderful and the home exceeded our needs. There were only 2 of us on this trip but the house is perfect for families. It was a great place to come home to after a day out.

Great location right by the beach. Unique house surrounded by greenery and peace. The upstairs is one large room with a modern renovated kitchen and a bedroom that is behind a partition. Downstairs includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a third key that opens the washer/dryer room downstairs as well (which we didn’t realize until midway into our stay). I did not know the downstairs was not connected with the upstairs, so two of my teenagers were scared to sleep alone downstairs. I definitely would come back with my husband or with adult children. No AC was a little hot during the day, but it cooled off at night. Lovely property!

We loved the location-less than 5 minutes from what felt like our own private beach. The house itself is very nice and accommodated our group of 5 well. It is well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and gear to spend time at the beach. It was comfortable with the fans that are provided. Pay attention to how long it takes you to get to places because no one is in a hurry-in other words-perfect!

Everything worked out perfectly. The home is beautiful and spacious, very welcoming. Many comfy lounge areas and the kitchen especially is wonderful! Wrap around deck outside upstairs was so inviting, but we were guests in January so the weather was not quite conducive to outdoor relaxation, but it sure looked beautiful!

Amazing retreat!

We had an incredible visit in this beautiful home. You feel like you were sleeping amongst the birds in the trees! The walk to the beach is easy and beautiful. We loved everything about our stay.

Great location, near several beaches and the State park. However, there were countless ants, roaches, termites, and spiders in the house. There were also many geckos in the house, but were tolerated in hopes they ate the bugs. Also, the lack of air conditioning was unbearable. You would take a shower to cool off, but would be drenched in sweat immediately after. The multiple fans in the house did little to alleviate this. I get that the house is located in the ‘jungle’ part of the island, but a little investment in new windows/screens and air conditioning would go a long way. We ended up checking into a resort halfway through our stay, great decision.
