Would not hesitate to recommend this charming apartment in Notting Hill. The location was perfect for exploring the city with a tube station right around the corner. The host was excellent and communication was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

The flat has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Just about anything you could want or need is nearby. Very easy to travel via the Tube - less than 5 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate Station.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from a Tube station which took us directly downtown. Grocery stores, restaurants and pubs were conveniently close. It was a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. An issue with the shower control was quickly resolved. The apartment was cozy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with easy access to the living room and dining table.

This was a great location in an ideal neighborhood. It was easy to take the Underground anywhere we wanted to go, but had a friendly neighborhood atmosphere that was nice to come home to each day. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great Location

Perfect place for family if 4, very clean, and excellent location close to the tube and double-decker bus stop. Family loved walking to Portobello market and the many great restaurants close by

Great Location

The home is located vary close to the tube and bus stops which made getting around the area so easy. There is even an Amazon grocery store just around the corner.Our place was clean and had everything we needed for our week in London. We especially liked having umbrellas available.

Great location and well appointed flat

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Fantastic location a block from the tube and walkable to Kensington area, Portobello market, and more. We very much appreciated all the available items - toiletries, detergent, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and flat has a lot of character. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was we were only given 3 towels when we had specified we had 4 people in our party.

We had a great time at this property in London. It was 2 blocks to the nothing hill gate stop on the tube. We had a great time in London thanks to the convenient location. It is a little smaller than it looks in the photos but we did expect that. Thank you so much!

Amazing and Charming - PERFECT location!!

We had the best experience with this property. With more than 10 years of using VRBO, this was the easiest check-in and check-out I’ve ever had. The instructions were fantastic - and with pictures too! The property itself was like being at home. It was cozy and clean and relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing!! FIVE STARS!!

Great Experience

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, and in an excellent location. It was close to bus and train and easy to navigate. It was a nicely equipped apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Having lived in the area since 2005, I know it inside out — not just the well-known spots, but the hidden gems, local favourites, and the little details that make a stay truly special.

I enjoy hosting because it allows me to offer more than just a place to stay. I want guests to experience Notting Hill the way a local would — from the best places to eat and explore, to simple things like the easiest transport routes and shortcuts that save time.

My aim is always to provide a space where guests feel completely at ease — a true home away from home — so they can relax, sleep well, and make the most of their time in London.

I also share a curated local guide with guests, including my personal recommendations built over years of living in the area.

I chose Notting Hill because it’s one of the most unique and vibrant areas in London.

I originally moved to the area in 2005 after living in Paddington, and over the years it naturally became my home and where I built my property portfolio.

You’ll find people from all walks of life here creatives, professionals, families, all blending into a neighbourhood that feels both lively and welcoming.

From the iconic Portobello Road to the cafés, restaurants, and independent shops, there’s always something happening. Yet at the same time, it still manages to feel safe, charming, and very much like a community.

It’s a place where everyone fits in and that’s what makes it so special.
