Master Garden Bedroom, #3011, measuring 18' x 16', features a king bed, love seat sofa and bath. It is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, dish/glass/flatware, CC flat screen TV, ceiling fan, AC, iron, ironing board, and a private, 16' x 15' walled-in garden patio with outdoor furniture and free WIFI.

Based upon our desirable location, affordable rates and accommodations, we hope that you will consider choosing Pineapple Village Villas for your St. Thomas vacation.

The main entrance to Pineapple Village Villas is through the gates of Wyndham presents Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. The Margaritaville Landshark Restaurant with wrap around deck bar, serves three meals daily for indoor or open air dining and is adjacent to Pineapple Village Villas. To the right side of the beach is the Beachside Bar & Grill. You can enjoy the tranquility at the Pineapple Pool, which includes the free use of sun lounges, chairs, tables and cabanas. You are within a 45 second walk to Water Bay. Maid service is provided Monday through Saturday.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our garden suite room. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We especially liked the private outside courtyard. It was very nice to have beach chairs to use and a coffee pot and dishes :-) The pool was beautiful, and the closeness to Margaritaville was perfect. we would like to come back and stay in this exact unit as soon as possible! Thank you Rose!

We had a wonderful time

Unit was adorable. It was clean, well-maintained and had enough start-up supplies. The garden was secure and a pleasant place to relax and read a book. It was close enough to catch a taxi or walk to a cafe, restaurants and a grocery. Two beaches are walking distance away. Thank you

Location, location, location

Older property with elusive Wi-Fi (be sure to ask for the green folder for the secret to getting online). Comfortable beds, solid a/c and a primo location without the expense or mountain hike (up to your room) at margaritaville. Great value!

Good Location

This property was in a good location and due to proximity to Margaritaville and it's manned security entrance, it was safe. The property itself was dated and there was no blow dryer. But for the price, which was very reasonable, it was fine.

water issues

Good, safe and close location to Coki beach. Although upon our arrival, no water pressure. took 3 days to remedy that with the property caretaker, then our last evening before our departure, no hot water. That was not fixed by the time we left. Very disappointing, frustrating, and very inconvenient. Had to shower at another location that we had to find and arrange. Im hoping to be offered some compensation. Loved the private patio/courtyard. Vince & Tracey Michigan

Perfect location and access

Great location and perfect size for 2. Had everything we needed! Check in/out was easy! Quick note, we knew Margaritaville facilities were off limit but didn't think about it for the dock and a private boat excursion we booked. Pick up at dock was fine but they almost wouldn't let us get off at dock after excursion. That was our fault for not confirming. Host was great!

Amazing Stay and Location

This was the most perfect place to stay during our time in St. Thomas. Check in was a breeze, Great accommodations, within a 10 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. If we return to St. Thomas this is absolutely where we would want to stay again!

Great Classic Caribbean Villa

We are frequent travelers to USVI and BVI and have stayed in a number of places across St. Thomas. This is a great little villa that shares the same property as Margaritaville, although is not affiliated with the resort as far as we could tell. The studio type space has plenty of room for 2 adults and is decorated and furnished with classic old school caribbean charm. There is a small fridge and microwave. The property is gated and just a short drive or taxi to the ferry dock to St. John, bars, restaurants and grocery store in Red Hook. The space is clean and comfortable and has all the basics you need. Check in was a breeze and Rose provides chairs and beach towels. We were very happy with our accommodations and will book again.

Best location. Period.

Look no further - you cant beat this for location. It's located inside of the Margaritaville resort, so you get the perks of a big hotel (security, clean beach, etc) with total privacy. This apartment is closer to the beach than most hotel rooms; beach, dunes, parking lot and then Rose & Bill's apartments. There are two restaurants and two gift/dive shops right outside, and the taxis are constantly waiting to pick up Margaritaville guests which makes it very easy to get around. We did not rent a car, and thought this was the perfect place to stay on the island because it was so close to the beach, yet 10 - 15 min drive from anywhere else. Taxis are charged by person and are shared with other people - many of whom refused to wear masks - which was our only concern during COVID. Otherwise, this property and all restaurants were very spaced out and safe, and we appreciated the enclosed patio and chairs for safely hanging out. There is a housekeeper who provides turn down service every day. She came around noon while we were at the beach. Rose was very responsive, kind and accommodating to our check-in/check-out times. While a few other reviews did say the amenities were outdated, I don't think they're much different from any other beach town (Ocean City, MD comes to mind) - after all, you're not spending much time in the room! A few notes: - Neither the apartment nor island seemed to have consistent cell or wifi signal, so while it was perfect for vacation, it may not be the best bet for long-term work from home. - We were glad to have brought a bluetooth speaker and a deck of cards. We wished we had brought slippers for the tile floors. - Drinks and food were more expensive than we're used to in the Caribbean (though still cheaper than NYC), so we wished we had brought more snacks and drinks for the beach at the airport. - Rose does provide folding chairs, but bring cash if you want to rent lounge chairs at any of the beaches. - We went to St John for a day, but didn't think it was worth the time/expense of ferry and getting on to other beaches. Magen's was our favorite beach on St Thomas, but we spent a lot of time at Coqui, about a 3 minute walk from this apartment. - There's a lot of conflicting info on the internet, but if you're coming from the US Mainland, you need a negative COVID test to come to USVI, but not to return home. You need to upload prior to departing for the airport. Thanks again, Rose!

Perfect for two!

This was the perfect spot for us! Located right inside of the Margaritaville complex so we had that extra security making us feel safe where we were! It was clean and cozy for the two of us. The cleaning lady came everyday which was nice to have! It was walking distance to the Margaritaville restaurant and there is a little cafe we got our breakfast, coffee, and lunch from most days! Taxis are always readily available outside which was perfect because that was our way of transportation to get to the ferry in red hook (10 min taxi ride)! We had a great time!

Beautiful, perfectly located villa

We had a great time in USVI. The villa is walking distance to restaurants, beachfront and a few grocery shops. We had a concern with our 1st villa when some of the appliances were not working but the owners responded immediately, we were given another villa which was also perfectly clean, and pleasant to stay in. The property manager is also great, very helpful. Overall loved this place, owners and property manager great with responsiveness and courtesy. The owners even mail out info prior to arrival which was really helpful.

Wonderful time!!

A breeze to check in as there was no check in process at all. When we got there, early and the lady was nice enough to let us in before check in. There was a gentleman working on the gate door in front, no problem we were early and he was very nice. It did take him thru Saturday to finish though and we checked in Thursday. And he started at 730am along with the people gardening at margaritaville. That kind of stunk. I loved the large shower! They gave us coolers and beach 2 towels. We would only take 1 each day to sit on so we didn't have to lug chair up to Coki beach. YOU CANT SWIM IN THE WATER IN FRONT OF MARGARITAVILLE according to the locals due to run off. Which would have been nice to know ahead of time.

PINEAPPLE BEACH VILLAS

It is not often you find a one story place to stay right by the beach. You can park right outside this villa, also. Margaritaville ocean front bar & restaurant is a 4 minute walk from the unit. The king size bed in the villa was extremely comfortable. The oversized shower was very nice. The living quarters were not large. We managed nicely, but we were only there for 7 days. This property adjacent to Margaritaville is only a couple miles from the town of Red Hook, Charlotte Amalie, Coki Beach and Coral world. Good restaurants are there, and the ferry to St. John is located in town too. I would not hesitate to return to Pineapple Villas when I return to St. Thomas. After setting in we discovered this was near the place my wife stayed at in the 60’s and we were at Stouffers in the 80”s. Margaritaville was the Stouffers and then the Marriott; a few years back Wyndham and Buffett bought and remodeled it. THANKX ROSE

Location, Location, Location!

It is not often you find a one story place to stay right by the beach. I have stayed in beachfront condos that were further from the water than this was. You can park right outside this villa, also. There is a reasonably priced ocean front bar restaurant that is a 4 minute walk from the unit, and this very particular diner loved it. The king size bed in the villa was extremely comfortable. The oversized shower was very nice. That being said, the living quarters were not large. My husband and I managed nicely, but we were only there for 4 days. This property adjacent to Margaritaville is only a couple miles from the town of Red Hook. Good restaurants are there, and the best ferry to St. John is located in town too. I would not hesitate to return to Pineapple Villas when I return to St. Thomas. Oh, I forgot to mention its proximity to Coki Beach, which i loved. It was a ten minute walk.

Bill & I spent our honeymoon in St. Thoma 48 years ago. The rest of our story is history. We traveled throughout the Caribbean and always concluded out trip with an extended vacation St. Thomas. When our first son was born, we traveled with him to St. Thomas and decided to rent a villa instead of vaaction at a hotel. That's when we realized what we had missed during all of our other vactions. Soon, son #2 was born and we continued to vaacation in the United States Virgin Islands. The children looked forward to their
caribben vacations each year and they we began the seqrch for the perfect home. When we discovered Pineapple Village Villaas in 1986, we immediately knew that we found the most desirable villa and property to realize our long awaited dream. We have created many lasting memories of our lives at Pineapple Village Villas and hope that you will consider selecting this porperty for your tropical vacation.
