Wake up to stunning ocean views. Walk onto private deck or balcony for coffee and proceed to a morning Kayak, paddle board, or swim. Brand new expanded deck and custom patio for more outdoor enjoyment. New enlarged sitting area with Sunbrella furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, central A/C, and spacious entertaining level. This home is all about enjoying the water, the beach, grilling & eating outside, or just relaxing. Fabulous views from master bath w/ jacuzzi. Outdoor Hot Spa by the water. Two Kayaks provided and two paddle boards for your pleasure. Three Bikes available. Grilling is a must and we eat lunch & dinner outside often on the deck. Plenty of outdoor furniture and dining area with umbrella table.

Fabulous!

As the VRBO caption states...it IS a fabulous water front home with private dock, swimming, beach, fire pit, hot tub. The house was immaculate and had every amenity imagined, including a well stocked pantry, extra propane for the grill, plenty of towels, wood for the fire pit, pre-heated hot tub.....I don't have enough room to list everything! The owner was very nice and immediately responsive. The location is perfect with just a few minute's drive into Hyannis to catch the Hy-line ferry over to Nantucket and the Vineyard. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again when we return for another Cape Cod vacation.

Amazing Stay

Everyone had an amazing time. Jeff the host couldn't be any better from the opening tour to anything we needed. The house is in an amazing area and well with the trip.

Perfect vacation home on the water for relaxation and family time!

This property exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed all of the amenities that were so readily available and accessible. The homeowner was very attentive to our needs. From the well-stocked kitchen to the usage of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards…we had a memorable vacation. We look forward to coming back to enjoy this beautiful serene location!

Beautiful property- great location

I rented this property for a family vacation with my adult children. There were 8 of us total. Jeff’s beautiful home gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. We also brought our dog along. The yard and outside areas were outstanding. We used the jacuzzi and kayaks daily and fished off the dock. The kitchen had all the amenities and then some - chef quality appliances, wine fridge and every kind of coffee machine they make! We made breakfast every morning and used the grill. The location of the property is also great. We were able to get to beaches and restaurants quickly and easily. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Gorgeous home

Had a fabulous time at this home. Spent most of our time on the back deck just enjoying the peacefulness of the property. House is immaculate and has everything you can possibly need. Enjoyed the kayaks/paddle boards & the hot tub. Was hard to pack up and leave!

10/10 recommend staying here

We were lucky enough to have the absolutely best weather the cape had to offer during our stay. We were able to bring our dog who loved playing in the water. We spent most of our time on the deck and on the water, enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards. This vrbo has everything to offer and more. I didn't want to leave! The property manager who lives onsite was very friendly too. As for improvements, I would recommend putting blinds/shades in all the bathrooms given others live close by. Thanks for having us!

Great getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. When not during a pandemic, our family utilizes VRBO frequently, and I can easily say this is the most well-appointed kitchen we have ever stayed in. The views were amazing and the family space was ideal. The ability to have our dogs with us was a deal-sealer for us and further enhanced our family experience (while not smelling dogs in the house). We have family that lives in West Yarmouth and are therefore VERY familiar with the area, and while we were not able to utilize many of the charming amenities of the Cape due to COVID, the proximity to the airport, mall, and downtown Hyannis were all ideal. Our family would recommend this space. We were able to utilize the hot tub but did not even access the fire pit, decks, beach, dock, or small non-motorized water craft due to the time of year and still thought the space was amazing. Our family would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore all of the entertainment that the Cape can provide.

Fabulous Thanksgiving

We rented the property to allow our family the ability to spread out for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and the location were amazing and Jeff our host was super responsive. We would definitely rent the house again.

Beautiful getaway

The house and property were amazing. Well stocked, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend for any group wether it be friends or family. The dock and ocean view were so very calming. I hope to come back again soon.

Great waterfront property

Amazing spot for a Cape getaway. Very clean house with all the amenities you could ask for, no need to leave as everything is there to make for an easy, relaxing time. Enjoyed the water access for paddle boarding, swimming & kayaking...and the hot tub & fire pit. Lots of restaurants close by, as well as the ferry to Nantucket.. Owner, Jeff, was friendly & responsive and ensured we had what we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

STUNNING HOME AND VIEWS!!!

Everything you see online is EXACTLY what this beautiful property is. Jeff is very hands on and easy to communicate with if necessary. This home has all the amenities and more...hot tub overlooking the water, fire pit, kayaks, and so much more!! Do yourself a favor and book this property for a fabulous vacation.

Makes you want to go back

A lovely waterfront home in a perfect location with everything you need in a Cape Cod vacation spot is what we found with this rental. Plus the manager/owner is 100% responsive and accommodating. It definitely wants to make you return for more. We enjoyed every minute.

Stress free celebration weekend

We absolutely loved our stay and experiences in your home! We were four adult couples and a German Shepherd dog. Plenty of space for everyone, great set up for entertaining, stocked with everything we could possibly need! The whole weekend we kept wondering why we don’t do this more often. You could feel the stress melt away the second you walked through the home out onto the beautiful new back deck. Beautiful beach views from nearly every window. Love the fully stocked kitchen, which came in handy For our group who loves to cook. Our dog in particular had a blast. It was her first time at the beach in by the end of our weekend she was hanging 20 on the paddleboard! Thanks for being an amazing host!

Luxury living

This bay from property is beautiful inside and out. The house contains everything you could ask for. My daughter enjoyed the provided paddle boarding and kayaking daily. Brand new fire pit for making s’mores was a big hit as well as the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets provide enjoyable evenings on the large new patio. Beaches are within walking distance. This home never disappoints. We just got back home yesterday wishing we had another week to stay. It’s a tiny piece of heaven on earth.

Exceptional Property

We took Mom, Dad, and the family to Cape Cod for the week and could not have found a better property to spread out and relax. This property literally has everything you need down to the smallest detail. The newly refurbished patio and deck is huge and allows the entire family to gather, grill out, hot tub, or just sit in the sun and read. Perfectly secure for our 2 year old also. Great Cape Property

The Best of Cape Cod

What a truly memorable experience. Our family of ten took full advantage of the variety of amenities described. Although we weaved in day trips to Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard and Provincetown we were always anxious to return to “our beach house”. Many thanks to Jeff whose attention to detail and pursuit of continuous improvement is obvious. We will look no further when vacationing in Cape Cod on the future. Greg Holton and Family

Fantastic all around!

This home was large, lovely, clean, and filled with things to keep our family happy. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The caretaker lives next door and was helpful, too. Everything that was advertised on VRBO about this place was accurate. The views were terrific. The dock, kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun to use. The kitchen was spacious as was the dining room/living room area. Everything was up-to-date: the outdoor grill, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, etc. The rooms were nicely appointed with plenty of bedding. There were lots of towels, some food staples in the cupboard, and as many plates, glasses and serving platters as we needed. The dining room table easily accommodated six adults and two children. My husband and I visited with our children, their spouses/significant others and grandchildren. The four-year-old twins had a blast playing Wiffle ball in the backyard and playing with our daughter’s dog on the shore. The water was only a foot or two deep at low tide, so the dog was able to play in the water, too. The fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows. There was a Jacuzzi, and the location was convenient to beaches, putt-putt golf, stores, and other towns like Hyannis. The owner provided bikes and floating tubes, neither of which we used. There was WiFi, a TV, a laptop, and other amenities. Our family would definitely return.

Ideal location with many beaches within a couple of miles, downtown hyannis with many restaurants to choose from only 1.5miles away, The Kennedy memorial nearby, charter fishing or general harbor cruise vessels and/or island ferries within 2 miles. National seashore only 40 minutes away with some of the best beaches on the east coast.
Winter 2016 significant remodel including new kitchen, vanities, floors, too much to list. New additions to exterior deck and patio for 2019 as well
