Booking Notes

Peak Season runs from the last Saturday in June to the last Saturday in August. During this time, we require a 7-night minimum stay with Saturday check-in/check-out.

When requesting a booking, please share a little about your group and the purpose of your stay—we love getting to know our guests and ensuring a wonderful experience for everyone.

We paused rentals from 2019–2023 to renovate and enjoy family time—our home is back, better than ever, and ready to welcome you!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house for our girls' weekend! The home was spotless, peaceful, and had everything we needed...from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of cozy spots to relax. The decor was lovely and made us feel instantly at home. The beach is just a short walk away! We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape!

We didn't have any pets with us. The kitchen setup was perfect.There was a tiny pumpkin on the front porch, and when we got up in the morning, it was gone. I am thinking a small animal took it.

We had an amazing time. The house had literally everything you could imagine. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Quiet street and near the beach. My 85 year old mother was so happy to sit out on the deck with her coffee and book in the morning. We all were. Communication with owners was great with fast responses. We would definitely stay here again. Not one complaint or issue.

Spent a week at this beautiful house. Great location walkable to ferries, beach and restaurants. Loved the outside shower but needs a couple hooks for towels. Back deck was awesome but weather was a little too cool to enjoy it most days.

Wonderful Cape Cod Home in Convenient Location

Let me say why this was an awesome place to stay. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, but the location on the marsh is great; providing a peaceful view and lots of birdwatching. The living room has wide picture windows that allow you to look out onto the marsh. There's a good area for having dinner, a good, decently equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the basement. We did not have time to explore the local sights which include good restaurants and shops; Hyannis looks like an interesting town. There is a nice beach within walking or driving distance and the ferry is just a mile or so. The house was extremely clean and communication was fairly easy all along. I would stay there again in a hot minute; many Cape Cod destinations are close by.

Girls weekend getaway

4 60 something women that have been friends since college had the most fabulous weekend at this extraordinary home in Hyannis. It had everything we could have ever needed and our owner obviously has an interior designer eye. Perfection!!! Enjoyed the sights and the town. Happy Happy!!! Highly recommend!!!

While vacationing at the Cape in late 2012, we fell in love with this little gem and had to have it. It took a while to digest... "Did we just buy a house on the Cape".. ?? Yes! We did, and couldn't be happier! We invested many memorable hours transforming our purchase into our little slice of heaven. While we enjoy spending our time here with friends and family, we also have found great pleasure in renting our home. We have met many wonderful people, who we now consider friends : )

The location is unbeatable and we've been told "It's everything a Cape house should be." We had looked at many homes for sale on the Cape and It wasn't until we stepped into this adorable home that we knew we had to buy it - this was the home! We have so much pride in our home, which is something you will certainly see and feel during your stay!

When we stood in the living room and first saw the ocean out over the marsh, we knew this would be a beautiful place. We have enjoyed every minute here.
