This is house was perfect for my family's annual trip. The property is well maintained and the house is really clean. The views from the living room over look a marsh and you can see the beach in the distance. The location was perfect being a short drive to the downtown area and centrally located if you are wanting to take day trips to other areas of the Cape. Checking in was really smooth with no issues. I would highly recommend this property.

The layout of this house was perfect for many reasons. There are two first floor bedrooms, which are great for the seniors. pets are allowed which was a plus for us. Location was perfect as many things were near Hyannis The ease of check-in and check out were smooth the house provided everything that you could possibly need. We tried to find something to complain about, but there actually was nothing. This house sits on a quiet street and about half a mile from the famous Kalmus beach. The house was very clean with a beach theme. I definitely would stay there again.

The property was just as described. This is a nice location a few miles away from the ferry and a few minute walk from a town beach area. The house was very cute and had a few extras such as a large bag of ice in the freezer, cute butterfly's on the TP and extra shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

We had a lovely stay - the house had wonderful views, a great deck, perfect location close to Hyannis Main Street, and very comfortable living and dining rooms and kitchen facilities. Great spot!

Everything was as advertised. Plenty of room for our group of seven on a Girls' Trip. Clean, beautifully decorated and nice bed linens. Great deck too.

Great family vacation
Beautiful spot, peaceful but close to amenities.
Plenty of space for the whole family and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely book again.

Location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and super close to the ocean. The home is super clean and very comfortable. Sandy was very responsive. If you are thinking about staying at this home-for sure do it!!!

Beautiful house just off the ocean with excellent views. Plenty of room for the 6 of us with many accommodations, would definitely stay again.

Delightful Weekend Getaway
This was just what we needed! Incredible hosts of a beautiful and pristine rental with an amazing view. Great dining nearby and so many great areas to explore.

While vacationing at the Cape in late 2012, we fell in love with this little gem and had to have it. It took a while to digest... "Did we just buy a house on the Cape".. ?? Yes! We did, and couldn't be happier! We invested many memorable hours transforming our purchase into our little slice of heaven. While we enjoy spending our time here with friends and family, we also have found great pleasure in renting our home. We have met many wonderful people, who we now consider friends : )

The location is unbeatable and we've been told "It's everything a Cape house should be." We had looked at many homes for sale on the Cape and It wasn't until we stepped into this adorable home that we knew we had to buy it - this was the home! We have so much pride in our home, which is something you will certainly see and feel during your stay!

When we stood in the living room and first saw the ocean out over the marsh, we knew this would be a beautiful place. We have enjoyed every minute here.
