Great location!

Great location - close to everything we wanted to do with easy access to the interstate. Quiet, safe neighborhood and Uber was super cheap to downtown. Bed was comfortable! Will stay again!

So much better than a hotel room!

Quaint and conveniently located, this property was perfect for our visit. Enjoyed being close to downtown without being in downtown. Shelby Park was great for afternoon walks.

Great spot, super convenient

Walking distance to Five Points, Shops at Fatherland, easy Uber anywhere in East or Downtown. Christy was a great host.

Best VRBO Ever!

We've been using VRBO for 10+ years and this little gem was the BEST experience ever! It's well-cared for, clean as a whistle, has all the amenities you could want (even has board games!). Christy was great! We WILL be returning!

Amazing bungalow!

I visited Nashville for my birthday and stayed in Christy's home. It is well organized, super clean, quiet and peaceful. Everything a traveler needs is there and the energy is really good. Walk down to the park - I spent 2/3 of a day wandering around the park. I'll stay here again when visiting Nashville, which will be often. Such a great city!!

Great location

The property was very clean and and had everything we could need for our stay. The bathroom has been recently updated. We especially liked the location, it was a nice neighborhood with many friendly people walking pets. It was also easy access to all the local spots we wanted to see. The owner/manager was very easy to work with and checked in to make certain we had arrived and if we needed anything. We appreciate the consideration.

Nice spot in East Nashville

Nice little place for a getaway in Nashville. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit and Christy was a very accommodating and responsive host.

Spacious for two and great location

The property was even more charming in person than the pictures show. Everything was clean and ready. The bed was very comfortable! Christy was very communicative and helpful. We had no issues but if anything had come up I know she would have responded immediately. We utilized Uber to go downtown which was quick and affordable. Location felt safe and suburban but was close enough to the city. We had such a good time

I would live here permanently if I could!

Christy, and her home, were so wonderful. I did a long-term stay and felt right at home the entire time. Christy was super accommodating, communicative, and it was a joy to run into her each and every time I did! The neighborhood is fantastic- removed from the noise of the city, but still so close to everything.

Convenient East Nashville Rent

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. In good weather, a pleasant walk to multiple eateries and bars. A short Uber to downtown. Being in a side-by-side duplex meant hearing some clunks and footsteps from next door, but nothing too intrusive. Really appreciated the little thoughtful things...coffee, shampoo, body wash, umbrellas, nightlights and bandaids! Futon was not the most comfortable, as is the case with most futons. My daughter used the loose cushions from the side chairs for extra padding. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was quiet and dark for sleeping. Easy checkout and the owner offered early check in, though we were unable to do that. We would rent again.

Everything you need!

Beautiful location; very comfortable; felt very safe as a woman traveling alone, and loved being able to park right out in front of the house. The house has everything which I appreciated having flown in from California. Nice to be able to do laundry in lieu of bringing a lot of clothes. All kinds of utensils and appliances in the kitchen including a really good blender for my morning smoothie. Comfy bed. Mini-split AC kept the place cool. The only minor weird thing was the recent change from cable TV to a combo of antenna & Roku. Took a minute to figure out where to find channels, but probably only an issue for us non-techie Boomers. Location was good for getting to a regular super market and drug store and places to grab a bite to eat in the area called Five Points. The owner Christy was wonderful and checked-in with me to ensure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great little place in East Nashville

Christy has a great little place for you to stay in East Nashville. It's very conveniently located and the other side of the duplex is available for rental as well. Very clean and well appointed with plenty of dishware and cooking supplies. Comfortable bed and couch and a great selection of books. The WIFI works great and you can connect your netflix account to the Roku on the TV. There's street parking, but we took Ubers wherever we went. The airport was about $16 and downtown was $6-7 most times. Look at some of the local restaurants. There are many within walking distance if you're tired of the crowds of Broadway. One critical piece of advice - at night it's hard to find if you don't know the area. It's on top of a hill, but Christy leaves the lights on for you, so you can see it if you're looking for a yellow duplex. We had a great Uber driver who waited to make sure we were at the right place, but that's not always the case. Thanks for sharing your great little place with us!

Perfect location, sweet little house.

My husband and I spent nine days here while I went to a conference at the Gaylord Grand Ole Opry Resort. The location was perfect—15 minutes to my conference, 15 minutes to downtown and several minutes to the East Nashville area. House was set up with lots of little extras and very clean. Area was very quiet. Would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location

This house is in such a nice neighborhood! It is a close drive or Uber to downtown & a mile from hip 5 points area. The house was clean & well stocked with every day supplies. We definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Nashville!

Beautiful place to stay in Nashville

This was the first time we have visited Nashville and did not stay with family or rent a hotel. I will always check this location first to see if it's available. So comfortable! Makes me feel like we are at home. Not too far from downtown Nashville. Just a $6 Lift ride. Nice quiet neighborhood, made us feel more comfortable leaving our car all weekend at "home". That's what we call it. :) Thank you Christy for the beautiful home for us to live in for our long weekend. We will be back!

Friendly neigborhood and great house! Lots of good restaurants and bars. Treehouse and East Post Coffee were two of our favs. We loved our stay!
