Parking was easy and secure (locked gate). Great location - we were able to walk downtown and it was a quick drive or uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. The apartment was lovely and well-stocked with anything you'd want for the kitchen (although we mostly ate out). Because of the great location, the condo building seemed to be a place that hosted lots of out of town guests; there was some loud guests in the hallways late at night, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

This is the place to stay. Walking distance to Broadway, but far enough away to avoid all the crazy noise. Great balcony that you can sit ourside and read. Very nice pool, we had it to our selfs. Fully stocked kitchen.

Thank you so much for your review, Jennifer! I enjoy sitting out on the balcony, watching and listening to the pool fun! Coffee in pj’s is possible, since we are in a corner that isn’t really visible to those in the pool. Great that you had it all to yourselves! We love the location, too! It feels like a neighborhood instead of a business area. We appreciate your choosing us and would love to host you again!

Fantastic Nashville Location!

We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here!

Nice Condo

The condo was amazing on the inside! It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The only cons were the crowded pool that we didn’t get to use and noisy neighbors during our stay.

Thank you, Suzanne! We are glad you enjoyed the condo and welcome you back. The pool can get crowded at certain times of the day/weekend, but we have always found a spot and enjoyed the experience. If I had known about neighbor noise, our security crew would have put a stop to that pronto! Thanks so much for choosing us!
