Beautiful Apple Canyon Lake Log Cabin in the Woods

Come be a kid again at our log cabin in the woods, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, jacuzzi tub, 25ft tall stone fireplace, and comfortable beds!

Our 'Great Room' gives new meaning to the name, with an open concept kitchen, eating and sitting area and French doors that open onto an elevated cedar deck overlooking the woods.

We do offer a tv and dvd player but no tv channels are available. We do offer fiber internet so you can bring a firestick for streaming. We do try and provide a supply of firewood for renters as a perk but this is not always guaranteed. We also provide a gas grill for you to use.

Please view the AVAILABILITY CALENDAR on the website for date availability. We are sorry, but we cannot lock in dates until deposit is received. Please keep in mind we often receive several inquiries for the same dates. The first paid deposit locks in the dates. The deposit is refundable until 1 month prior to your arrival. Please note that we require a minimum of a three night stay during holiday weekends.

This beautiful home in the woods was so beautiful and so peaceful it was exactly what we needed as a family.. amazing quiet getaway with amazing trails to walk and towns nearby to do other stuff as a family. The house was so clean and very well stocked… the owners were amazing with communication… the house is just beautiful thank you so much we will definitely book again in the future.

This cabin is charming and beautiful. The views of nature and the tall trees are magnificent. It was the perfect place to decompress and detox from everyday life. I could come here 3xs a year easily and it would nourish my soul the way I need. The homeowners are top notch. This was a perfect weekend getaway.

We used this cabin for a family weekend. The whole house is cozy and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and lacking nothing. We would definitely stsy in the area again.

I had an amazing time at Apple Canyon Lake. The cabin was beautiful. It was nice and cozy. The cabin was very well kept and stocked with eveything that we needed!!! With our stay, we had amenities to go fishing at the Marina and to have a fun time at the swimming pool which had a diving board that Ive been wanting to try. We were able to roast marshmellows over the firepit in the back of the cabin for smores. Our time was so good that we will definately return to this cabin AGAIN!! THANK YOU FOR AN EXCELLENT STAY!! The owner was very nice and accomodating.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the cabin and surrounding area. The location was very relaxing overall. The pool was a lot of fun and it is a quick drive to Galena and other places of interest.

Relaxing Get Away with The Pup

A lovely cozy cabin just perfect for relaxing. You can sit in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, hang out on the huge deck, or take a soak in the jetted tub. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pot and pans, enough cutlery, dishes, mugs and glassware. It was really nice to bring along the pup and have him feel welcomed by the hosts rather than a burden. I really appreciated the firewood on site and the local restaurant and activities recommendations too! Do be advised that this cabin is in a neighborhood and they are rather close on the one side. Perfect Cabin Vibe

Exactly what we were seeking...a stone fireplace, window all around to view the beautiful woods, cozy accomodations that suited us perfectly. The only thing missing was a day-lomg snowfall as we totally kicked back to read, sleep, and work a puzzle. We would love to return to this beautiful cabin.
