1 Awesome Skyview has three bedrooms but also has one additional private sleeping area.

Experience the beauty and luxury of this spectacular log home! With top-of-the-line furnishings, amenities, and hardwood floors throughout the home, you'll enjoy every part of this beautiful 3 level home.
With only 3 steps from the upper parking area to the main entrance, this main level boasts a spacious living room with 18-foot-high cathedral ceiling and windows top to bottom with great mountain views, a gorgeous stone, gas-log fireplace, leather sofas, a dining area with a beautiful table that seats 5, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and eating bar with extra seating for three, a spacious laundry room, a half bathroom, a sitting room with queen-sized sleeper sofa, a large covered deck with rockers, a wonderful Jacuzzi brand hot tub, and panoramic mountain views, a master suite with king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower constructed with beautiful tilework.
Upstairs is a loft with a sitting area containing a 40-inch satellite HDTV and DVD player, and 2 master suites each with queen beds, private bathrooms with tiled shower, and built-in individual heating/AC units.
Downstairs is a large game room with a pool table, dartboard, 40-inch satellite HDTV, a master suite with queen bed and a private bathroom with tiled shower, another half bathroom, and a two-car garage for guest use.
Perfectly situated just 3 miles from Downtown Boone, and convenient to every High Country attraction, this beautiful log home is sure to delight you in every way!
Please note that the gas grill may not be used on the attached porch.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
