The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out and relax. Communication with the host was quick leaving no question unanswered. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We’ve been staying in mountain cabins on vacation for years as a family, and this is by far the best experience we’ve had so far. The cabin was very clean, well appointed, and secluded while being close to everything. We had a great time and hope to return.

This mountain retreat was everything I hoped it would be for my family. We all spent many hours on the deck, enjoying the beautiful mountain view. The cabin had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Our host, Suzanne, was the best, offering guidance and communicating promptly. Stunning property!

What a beautiful home! Everything was just as described and exceeded expectations. Was the cleanest rental I’ve ever had. The location was private and the views were amazing. Will definitely plan to stay again the next time travel takes me to Boone.

Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. Lots of space. Seems silly to add to a review, but it was nice that there was both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Finally, someone who understands that putting multiple adults under one roof requires more than one method of caffeine delivery! lol. And yes, we did enjoy those morning mountain views from the porch with coffee in hand.

Suzanne and Mike were excellent hosts! The cabin was amazing, plenty of space for 7 and the pictures don’t do it justice! The included games were great family fun, lots of cozy spaces to hang out and enjoy a movie inside or relax on a rocking chair and enjoy the mountain top view. Big family table with enough room for everyone! It was absolutely pin drop quiet, we couldn’t hear anything but the birds chirping, and the rain in the trees. We also made sure to get plenty of time in the hot tub. It was also so close to so many fun activities like the Gem Mine! Everyone had such a fun time, I can’t wait to bring my family back!!

Beautiful and clean cabin. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. Sufficient amenities in the kitchen and games for the kids. Overall perfect for our family.

Great family vacation!

We absolutely LOVED this cabin! The location was perfect. Nice and secluded with only a short distance to near by towns. The layout of the cabin with great and the game room was a plus! The host was very friendly and reached out ahead of time to let us know that snow was be coming and to bring sleds for the kids! Thank you for a great stay!!

The cabin was beautiful. Very clean and inviting. All of the comforts of home. The location was great and the view from the porch, breathtaking. The host was very helpful and communicative. We could not have asked for a better experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Joint family getaway

We just left from a joint family getaway including 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The cabin is beautiful and very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Our kids loved all the games and spent hours playing ping pong! We all also really enjoyed the hot tub. 10/10 recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is beautiful, inside and out. Decor is amazing and it's very private. Kitchen fully stocked with all you need. Bedding is comfy - checkout is easy - the view is incredible as well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Exceptionally clean - and the host is very friendly and patient - I had alot of questions. I highly recommend.

Our stay at Villas was magical - the perfect mountain escape we were hoping for! The cabin was immaculately clean, and the rustic decor made it feel cozy. We spent every morning and evening on the porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location is a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. We felt completely private and immersed in nature, yet we were only a short drive to Boone and Blowing Rock where we enjoyed lunch in town and browsed the local shops. Suzanne was an excellent host – the check-in instructions were clear. Communication was prompt and friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful mountain retreat.

Fantastic High School Reunion

Two of my lifelong friends and one college buddy reunited for a long weekend. We all love the mountains and this place was perfect! The host was very accessible and responsive. One day while leaving out for town a tree had fallen across the road blocking our exit. I contacted the host, they made a few calls, and the tree was cleared within hours! Check in was seamless and the property was very clean. Great game room in the basement where we enjoyed several nights of competitive bumper pool! What a blast! Would defiantly recommend this property. Also, close to the town of Boone.

This property felt like a home not a rental. It was immaculate in every way. This was our first time using VRBO and we had a few questions, the host always answered our questions very quickly. There is a hot tub, game room, toys, games and books. The view is beautiful. We look forward to going back in the fall when the leaves are changing.

This was a beautiful cabin in the mountains. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin is close to all the quaint towns around Boone. The kitchen was well stocked so all we needed to do was bring groceries for the meals we cooked. Beds were comfortable, linens were high quality and great. Loved the wrap around porch and deck. Great for that morning cup of coffee. We'd stay again.
