The house was clean great size, game room was perfect for our group. Whatever you need in kitchen they have besides your food. No access to beach I believe it washed out. We had problem with ants in the kitchen but manageable. Host was easy to reach. Definitely recommend.

Amazing home with amazing views! Everything you need in kitchen except Tupperware so I grabbed a couple pieces. Also check fridge temp before using someone’s kids probably touched the key pad and no one noticed we lost some food from this. Lots of beds and plenty of space. The bathroom on main floor has a very steep step into tub shower so maybe older couples stay downstairs. Would definitely stay again would love to buy this house if it ever goes up for sale.

Great location! We had a large group and there was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful views and easy access to Dillon Beach areas. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect house to enjoy Dillon Beach! The views are incredible, and the house is spacious, clean, updated, and incredibly well equipped. We cooked all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and spent hours playing games around the huge dining table surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean.The house is just minutes from the beach, but it’s all the little details that really make it stand out. Plenty of extra towels, great water pressure, a large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, a fun game room, and Smart TVs throughout the house. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for our group.We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this is definitely one of our favorites. We’ll continue coming back every year!

Kitchen was fully equipped, enough for a family of 13 to have a lovely Easter sit down dinner. We were all very comfortable and had a very enjoyable time at the Vrbo property.

We had an excellent family reunion at Dillon Beach!! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for everyone. We enjoyed the back deck that looked out in both directions to Bodega Headlands and Tomales Bay. We were able to walk to Dillon Beach and tide pool at low tide. The kitchen was large with lots of countertops. We enjoyed the big table that allowed us to eat family style together. The game room and hot tub were well used. And the bedrooms were clean, and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a lovely stay! The host was welcoming and easy to get a hold of. Plenty of space for our party of 12. Loved the game room and hot tub. The view was spectacular and the sound of the ocean was so beautiful. I would definitely stay again!

Another happy stay

We have a group of four families that stay here once a year. It's always a pleasure, and every time we stay we see a few more things are improved from the last time we were there... which is always nice to see.

It was a great visit overall but the biggest complaint from my kids were the fruit flies and the ants that were inside the house.

Thanks for staying with us — we’re glad the visit was great overall. Because the home is in a beach environment, pests can sometimes be drawn in quickly when doors are left open or food is left out, but we do have regular preventative service and we address issues fast when we’re notified. We appreciate the note and will continue taking proactive steps to minimize this for future guests.

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect location for a big family celebration, Ranging in age from 3 to 70. Lots of room for everyone, stunning ocean views, easy access to a nearby path down to the beach, and the kids loved the game room, of course!

This was a perfect house! So spacious and well stocked. The kitchen had every gadget you could want. The laundry room was amazing. It had triple units. The beach was a 3 minute drive. The view of the ocean from the top floor was spectacular!!!!!

It was beautiful and comfortable for a large group of 14 adults. 1 bedroom and bathroom upstairs/main floor and the other bathrooms and rooms were downstairs. It felt like a nice balance since the upstairs/main level was all open for hanging out. It had great privacy in a cul-de-sac. The only down side was not having enough mirrors in the house for getting ready, which seems minor in such a beautiful place. The hot tub was through one of the bedrooms, but it was clean and you could listen to the ocean sounds for a long time. The hike to the beach needed close toed shoes, but worth the trek down. I would highly recommended this place to anyone.
